It can be used at an incline, right?

As far as I can tell, no.

What do you need to do to raise it?

Below the base are a set of 4 blocks ( 2 on each side ) that can be attached to the bottom so that the stepper can be extended up to 8 inches. There was no interest in fitting well or staying in place. Even though I worked gently to attach them and changed sides with the attachments, I was forced to force one side into place, eventually cracking and breaking. Several pieces of packing tape are holding it together. I need to get it off the stepper if I want to move it. My recommendation for this product would be to stay away from it.

Is it possible to lock the risers in ?

Just as they snap in place to make space for storage beneath them. The doors never move and I feel they are very safe. I am unsure whether they lock, but the doors are never left unattended. My weight is over 200 pounds and I am able to wear them securely.

Does it exist a way to add more risers to make it higher than 8"?

I bought this for my hubby so he can workout with Shaun T. As far as he is concerned, it works great, is durable and exactly what he needed. It was a great price as well. For your information While he does workout on hardwood, he uses a mat (or a rug) under it so it does not move around during the exercise. The exercises were done only on hardwood, which moved slightly when he did them. He was afraid of hurting himself after that. In reference to his weight, he is 219 pounds. There were no problems except that the hardwood flooring slid a bit. Announcing an update Given 5 stars when I first received it, but after using it for 2 months I reduced my rating to During its first 5 weeks, the item cracked near the support point. It is used as a step, so it shouldn't have cracked like this. The seller has been contacted. A recent update I was very impressed with the seller's prompt response when I complained about the We will see how the new step holds up once it is received since a replacement is being issued. The first time I tried, I broke

It does not come with a care manual. My first experience with it was that it felt slippery, not very sturdy, like it slipped It was just for testing purposes. I wasn't even exercising on it yet. When I took the step levels out and tried again it broke again. I figured it was the step levels underneath that were making it slippery so I ripped them out. At 196 pounds, I am a small person. It wasn't that I was jumping. I was just looking to see if that would make it more durable. can't tell whether it is intended to be used without the step levels underneath or if it's intended to be stored only. I am returning the product and I am going to ask for a refund of my money. I have updated I didn't have to return the item to the seller in order to receive my refund. My sincere thanks go out to I will give you one more star because of that.

My 300 pound brother stepped on it and it creaked, but it didn't break

It's worth the price. The only complaint I have is that it's so wide. The best size for me is nearly at the edge of a size 9. Aside from that, I loves it and do not have any complaints about it!.

Investing is a good idea

Steps you took were really good. There has been a lot of weight placed on them, and they have proven durable. For step exercises and for hip thrusts, chest presses, squats, and so on, I use these weights. Those would be great if they were a few inches taller than the maximum. Under the step are adjustable feet which can be arranged in several different ways However, I'm experiencing pain in my buttocks. It is rare for them to remain snapped into place when I turn the steps around again.

I feel safe using it because it is very sturdy

So far I've had no issues with this product when it comes to a workout I'm doing. I feel secure doing all the moves, although it was longer than I anticipated as hadn't checked the size. The only cons are the digs in my hand when doing push-ups, but if you throw a towel on it or just watch where you put your hands its.

Prior to this step, I had a HEAVY Reebok step from back to front that had a very firm landing It becomes broken when it is carried from one place to another. Also, it did not offer any steps lower than eight inches, and I needed to progress from a four to a six-inch My sole reason for not giving the journal 5 stars is because the sturdiness at the very edge of the journal does not meet my expectations. As opposed to the Reebok step, which flares out on its base sides, this step is straight up and down. As such, when I took a step, I was lifted off the ground by the other side. You'll be fine, as long as you're aware of that.

This has disappointed me greatly. We had to order another stepper from a different company because it took a very long time to arrive. It wouldn't be a good idea to buy this product. Although Amazon deserves credit for its outstanding service. It was refunded to me right away, and they didn't even ask me to return It is my pleasure to work with.
