Exercised for the first time and broke my ankle

The stepper was supposed to be something I was excited about, but it began to break after my first twenty minutes. Also, I'm not sure how to get in touch with the seller to check the warranty issue. I have updated In the end, I was able to contact the seller and get a partial refund, while the stepper is still holding.

A user can start using the product immediately after it is unpacked. It is not necessary to add lifts (which store beneath the stepper) if you're a beginner. Simply put it on the floor, start the music or a workout vid, and have a good time. The item I received is of excellent quality, and I am extremely pleased with it. Despite my weight (I weigh 250 pounds today and feel totally supported on this stepper), it is solid. For those who are new to using a stepper, the stepper comes with a pamphlet of stretches and exercises. It'd be 10/10 if I bought it again, but I don't see it wearing out any time.

Being a plus size woman, I wanted a step to be able to put my feet up on as I stretched. It is nice to know that the structure is sturdy and will last a long time, even though the weight limit on this step is greater than what I need.

There was a lot of hope for me! I decided to give it a try because it was getting fairly good reviews. I received the item quickly (as usual, thank you Amazon)! Although it's flimsy (and I weigh 125 pounds), it's not completely dependable. In addition to moving around on my wooden floor, it seemed to be fragile even on my carpet. Not at all expensive. There were a lot of little rubber pieces that fell out when I stacked them! It was a disappointing experience. I'm not sure how it would work for you.

The quality of the product is very poor. Even though I was willing to overlook this, there were three other reasons for returning the book 1 *br If you're doing a leap over the step, the width is narrow enough to cause injuries. 3.
As a result, it would be easy to knock the step off the risers if they were not snapped together very well. The third part. All four risers must be removed, even if you only want to use one on each side.
I strongly recommend paying another $20 or so to get a professional gym step, the kind with big rectangle risers and a rubberized surface. That is exactly what I purchased, and I am extremely pleased with it.
