This is something I strongly believe we can accomplish. Just I wanted to add that it is very important to check that all risers in placement holes are positioned correctly when moving the stepper. Since I only have four risers and I noticed 2 risers are not "slotted", I would have overlooked it before my workout. I'm doing fine. A mistake like that could have resulted in serious consequences.

nbsp I like the fact that it feels sturdy and well-made. I have just bought it, but looking at it makes me feel like I'm at the gym. Only time will tell how it holds up, but just having it makes me feel like I'm there. It is intended for the following purposes Exercise bench with bands and body weight in conjunction with step aerobic routines, cardio drills, and cardio drills. Wish I had purchased it sooner ($79 total), but it is not on sale. I live in the USA, but I received the package in a timely manner. The shipment came from S. and was delivered to CA. This is California. The order was placed on a Saturday afternoon, it shipped the next Monday, and I received it on Wednesday. (If you live outside of California, the wait time is likely to be longer). There is a little bit of floaty movement in the video (which is not from the step itself, but just illustrating how the pieces are broken down and set up) because it was shot on a rug, and the measurements are as indicated in the listing. The unit comes with four standard risers and a step platform. These risers as well as the platform are independent from one another and they do not lock into place to form one piece of equipment. Rather, they are stacked on top of one another with the platform on top and gravity holds everything in place.

I was pleasantly surprised by how light it was. My weight is 240 pounds and when I stand in the middle, I feel it is a little flimsy, but not enough that I am In contrast, I'm the most concerned to the fact that the entire thing scoots when I'm doing my step aerobic workout, which is for beginners so won't be taxing on the body. There are floating wood floors in my house. When I go to step, I think the stepper is in one place, but when I discover it keeps shifting places, it makes me a bit uneasy. Thereafter, I have to stop my work out numerous times to make sure I An extremely frustrating experience.

This step is the traditional style step, while the steps they had there were not to my liking, so I chose it to feel more comfortable. This is great! I am so glad I did it. The hardwood floor does not allow it to slide at all. I feel like I'm stepping on a good surface when I step on the top. As long as my foot stays stable, I'm fine. Moreover, the price is amazing as well! The book has a high recommendation from me!.

Exercise at the gym is just like that! It was always on my mind to purchase one of these workout machines for at-home workouts, but I had a gym membership so I could access the classes I enjoyed

Now fast forward to this week, our gym is closed until the end of the month. Because I was nervous about this cheaper step, I decided to take it anyway. Now I am so glad I did! I thought I was going to cry when I realized I was able to take a BodyStep class on our deck yesterday evening! As far as I can tell, it enjoys a similar quality to the ones in the gym, and so far I have not experienced any issues. It seems to lock in very well, which is important to me given the way By the time I cancel my gym membership, I might not even need it!.

My stepper is amazing! I love it so much! It's a nice stepper for sure, and I believe it's 43 inches long. Great grip material on the top After I bought the first one, I immediately ordered a second one the following Monday and it comes with 4 lifters each well worth the price.

I got this for my wife and she The top and bottom parts of the table have good grip, while the bottom parts have slip-resistance I have a plastic chair that's hollow and hard, but my wife says that when she steps on or kicks it, it doesn't bow, bend, or creak. Despite the fact that the camera does not come with any kind of carrying case, it is rather bulky (but light) and rather difficulty to carry around.

I love it even though it's huge and heavy! It's better to get a bigger step than a smaller one, but I can't be happier with this. As long as I keep my pace, I will not be afraid of falling off. My carpet prevents slippage, so I don't have to be concerned about slipping. As they are quite durable, I can do yoga or exercise barefoot due to the rubber on the platform.
