I like it, but I would have liked to have seen a stepper that is a little bit lower and risers that are lower, so I could build upon it. As far as its primary function is concerned, it is very functional. The original stepper is just the way I am used to it. We're here to help you get back to your healthy weight.

I thought this was a great addition to a few classes I took. This is great for stepping, as well as pushing up or even dipping on an inclined surface. The height can be adjusted and the chair does not slip. Besides using it as a step stool, you can also use it for other purposes. I am very happy with the purchase!.

The device is super sturdy and light when it comes out of the box, just my impression. From 4 to 6 inches, it can be adjusted. For the price, you won't be disappointed with it as it has a weight limit of 400 pounds.
