It has a radius of seven. There is a maximum width of 5 inches/19 cm. There is a slight hexagonal shape to it. Keeping your focus on the number six is the key. 875 inches/17 inches. A 5cm spread. My shoe size is 9US, and when I stand on it, with my feet in the middle and about 3in/7in high, I have about a 3in/7in heel. With 5 cm apart, there are still 3 in 7 inches. A clearance of 5 cm around my feet is appropriate. As long as my feet are not running off the edge, I can do all the step movements without having to worry about missing a step or having my feet drift off. Thank you for your help.

The surface has small steps, be careful when using it

It turns out that the top of this step actually is not round, but octagonal, so it has a rather small surface area. As you step on it, you should be aware of where your foot goes because the base is wider than the top. In the middle of a Zumba class, it is easy to miss an opportunity to get your entire foot/feet on it. There is nothing round or the same size as a Zumba riser either. My only wish is that the top surface were round and as large as the base, and that it was sturdy since it hasn't moved around.

My highest recommendation goes to this product and its Originally, I had given this product two stars since 1 of the 4 risers failed to arrive after I ordered 4. I appreciated the quality of the riser as well as the platform even though I was disappointed I couldn't use them right away, which made me even more sorry not to be able to. As well as being a Pilates Instructor, I am a An employee of the company, Sam, called to check on me within a few hours after I placed the order. I appreciated his professionalism. He expedited my delivery of 3 risers + he also provided me with two complementary ones when he found out what had happened. In what sense? How can someone do such a thing? Professionalism and confidence from A to Z, now that's what I call it. We run into errors from time to time. Being able to solve or correct a problem in a timely manner is an indication that a company is transparent. the platform and risers are here, I'm completely in love with them. They're solid, yet not too heavy. They're perfectly stable and have a good amount of bounce to keep joints protected during plyometric movements. My address book contains their contact information.

These are different from other risers because they have a solid top, so they're great for using The riser and Escape Fitness step are excellent products that I would recommend to anyone searching for risers. They're 100 percent better than the Step step and risers I was using, and I bought them along with an Escape Fitness step to replace them.
