Is it possible to sink while wearing this? Are there any places at the deep end where I could practice treading water? I am new to swimming. ?

I am not sure if you will Although I am a weak swimmer, this gives me the confidence to swim laps knowing I won't sink even when I get tired. In water that is too deep for your head to touch bottom, it will keep your head above water even when upright. You've got a great idea!

Can you tell me if the belt is ?

That is not elastic at all. There is no stretch feature on the belt, but the clasp allows for adjustment

How much is the belt. Wonder if it will fit? Are there any restrictions on how big the belt can be?

This is the best purchase I have made this summer

In the past, I've had vertigo and had been unable to use a treadmill due to my condition. My chiropractor recommended this Swim Jogger to get me back on track. Exercise using this method is stress-free, enjoyable, and it is a good way to work out. Having a pool to work out in is a great way to energize my body and avoid stress on my joints. I recommend it to anyone who has access to a pool.

The quality of the product is excellent! This is a great price for two packs

My wife (5'7") found it to be just right for her height but a bit large for me (5'4"). There is still quite a bit of play even though I have tightened it almost all the way. It would have been better if the smaller purple one had been available, but since a two-pack was included, I will keep it.
