The waistband has a free elastic band? Yes, please. What are the chances of squatting in this outfit with dark and light patterned underwear? You should check. Are you comfortable? You should check. I do ride up a bit when I do livestreamed HIIT workouts at home, but it's not so much that I feel it needs adjusting. While the elastic free waist band looks great, it does have one downside it tends to slide down when you jump until you're sweaty enough that it just sticks to you. Even though they aren't totally sweatproof (maybe 90%), that has never really been an issue for me, even when I used to go to the gym frequently. I love the material of these, it's so soft and comfortable. Despite the fact that I can fit into a size Small in most things, I sized up to medium based on recommendations. These are great for lounging around the house while watching tv. Although they're very soft, I feel that they're a little tight around my stomach when I want to lounge. Since I have an athletic build, this might not work for you if you have an hourglass figure. My plan is to buy a second pair to use while lounging and these to exercise in. As such, I'll go with a Large size (which is two sizes up from the normal size). Please remember that women's sizes are just directional and do not mean anything. Though there is no way I could have imagined a large would feel better, it won't hurt my feelings like it did over a decade ago.
Because I don't like wearing jeans that are too tight on my legs, I went from a size 4 to a 6. It is still snug around the waist, but not excessively so. This is one of my favorite pairs of everyday shorts with such a great fit.
This small (6) fits perfectly after the first wash, especially after I rolled up the sleeves. Although they may have shrunk a little after the first wash, I do think they fit a little better after doing the first wash. Four pairs have been bought and I'll be buying more in the near future. The fabric is so soft that I recommend washing it inside out and then hanging it to dry. These pants are nice, but the quality is not as good as it could be. My observations of the fabric as I wore them and worked out in them throughout the day were that the fabric is thin, the strings are unraveling, and the pocket is small (it doesn't fit my iPhone 11 fully). Nulu is a similar fabric to that of Lulule*on, which I'm not a big fan of. I bought a size 4, which is the same as the size I wear in that other brand. While the shorts ride up slightly, they are still long enough to feel like I don't have to adjust them all the time and they are comfortable as well.

In my case, I ordered based on the chart to my usual Lulu size and they looked horrible. This is a much too small room. A size up would make sense to me. It was no problem to run 2 miles, lift weights, and do an ab workout in them. do not have any problem with pilling with my more worn pairs, so I would highly Size 10 was all I could find.
