I'm 5'5", 150 pounds, and have a 29" waist, so I usually go for a small in adidas tops and tees. As a result, I bought this one in a small as well, and it's perfect. It contours and accentuates my curves without hugging them because it is a woman's cut. I recommend ordering your normal adidas tops and tees size.
The first color, I believe, is the color of the shirt, while the 'cloud' color is the lettering.
A medium is what I'd go for. Of course, I prefer my tee shirts to be loose.
So it appears that the adidas shirt I received was pre-shrunk. I've worn it a couple of times, washed it, and dried it, and it still fits perfectly. It did not get any smaller. Mine is one of my favorites.

I got a Large and it fit perfectly. The material was not stiff, but rather soft. I'm 5'5", weigh 185 pounds, and wear a 38C. This fit perfectly in the beginning because I have a rectangle body shape with a longer torso area. I'd wash it in cold water and hang it up to dry. As a result, the black color did not fade as quickly as it could have. It shrank upwards the few times I dried it in the dryer by accident. That saddens me greatly! I adored how this shirt hugged all of the right places on my body. I gave it to my 14-year-old daughter, and it's just right for her. br>br>If you plan to dry in the dryer, I'd recommend going up a size to avoid shrinkage.

Shirts run small, particularly in the chest; I usually wear a medium/large, but these tops fit like a small/medium. If you decide to buy, go up a size or two.
I'm 5'4" tall and weigh around 130 pounds. A medium was the size I requested. It was oversized but not excessively so. The quality of the material is excellent. It isn't flimsy or thin. This shirt hasn't shrunk much despite being washed several times. It is extremely relaxing.
A different vendor sold me a grey version of this shirt. I really liked the grey. The white was my least favorite color because it was thin and small. Bummer! I'm 5'8", 190 pounds, and have a medium chest, so an XL was a little snug in the white, but an CL was perfect in the grey.
I like the shirt but not the fit; the fabric appears to be of good quality, but it runs a little large; I ordered an extra small and it fits more like a medium; therefore, you may want to size down at least one size; the overall appearance is great; however, the fit could be better. I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning, so I made do with what I had.
I wasn't sure if I should size up or down because it's like a cross between a comfy regular t shirt, like the ones we all put on as soon as we get home, and a tighter fitted shirt. I usually wear a small in everything, but I was looking for a neutral adidas shirt to go with various adidas leggings I have. I didn't try to return it because I was sure I would wear it, but the photo led me to believe this was a typical t I ordered a size up because I wanted it to be longer to wear with tight-fitting leggings, but it's just too wide and short for me, and I'm only 5 feet 3 inches tall. Excellent craftsmanship. I just didn't like the way it looked on me! I hope this information is useful to anyone looking for a "leggings tee!".
It doesn't have a lot of wrinkles. It fits perfectly, so it doesn't appear too big or sloppy, but it's not too loose either. I wear it with Adidas track pants or shorts when I walk dogs at work. I think I appear to be tidy, but I'm still at ease.
