The stitching appears to be in good condition. br>Overall, this is a good, high-quality product, and at $10 per shirt, it's an excellent value for any workout. Alternatively, you could do something. Because of the low price and clean, simple design, I decided to give these a try. The fit is true to size right out of the package, but if you want more compression, I'd recommend going down a size. I purchased a large because I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 178 pounds. With 49-inch shoulders, a 41-inch chest, and 15-inch arms, 50 inches in length. I really like how these shirts feel. It also has a nice fit. I can't put my finger on it, but there's something off about these shirts; otherwise, I'd give them a 5. It also appears to be attractive. I like the variety of colors. Maybe it's the stitching; it's a little strange, but the main point is that I'll be purchasing more.

Only hang to dry. I first bought the Roadbox men's compression pants for cold-weather running. The fabric is thicker and more durable than any other brand I've tried. The pants have seen a lot of use and are still in good condition. br>br>Both the shirts and the pants are excellent. Stitching is thick and durable. br>br>I've avoided using the dryer with my Roadbox compression wear. Only hang to dry, according to the instructions.
