For myself, I use it solely as an undershirt. In temperatures as low as low 50's high 40's I've worn this under my pants along with my work shirt.
To help cope with the heat, my husband wears a shirt under his Bee Keeping Suit. I'm really pleased with the shirt, it's great and fits well. Swim top isn't fitted well enough to be sure it would stay in place when swimming, I don't know how well it would be able to keep its place
In addition, if you are concerned about bagginess, a large would be recommended. The height of my body is 6'0", and the weight is 185 lbs. I have long arms as well. Because I purchased a large size, the sleeves are a bit long (but I like it like that). Despite its tight fit, it does not irritate me.
The thumb holes are not present. The purpose of these is to keep your sleeves in place when putting on a second The thumb holes are actually my least favorite feature of outdoor clothing, and I either don't use them or look for outdoor clothing with no thumb holes.

When I was training, I needed a long sleeve moisture-wicking shirt to wear in temperatures ranging from 45 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit It is a degree day. The shirt provides all that it's supposed to provide, namely, to breathe well and to keep the moisture off of my body while I am working out. The material is a blend of 92% Polyester and 8% Spandex, making it Six ounces is a tiny amount of weight for a shirt. The shirt is 88 ounces in weight, and it was made to really high standards. This means the stitching is perfect.

I'm five feet four inches tall I'm an 8 with an athletic build and I ordered a large and it fits exactly the way I wanted it. I wore this shirt while riding my mountain bike on blue and black trails and found it to be a comfortable and snug fit rather than a tight, form-fitting shirt like a compression shirt. The conclusion is that this is a good quality product that competes and even improves on the likes of the larger, more established brands. You can buy name brands for a fraction of the price. The Baleaf brand will definitely be on my shopping list in the future. Equipping yourself with the right equipment can make a difference. My favorite thing about this shirt is the fit and the style. In the end, I ordered a LARGE, and it was a perfect fit (for me). A 6 foot tall woman weighs 223 pounds. Her chest measures 43" and her biceps measure 16" tall. Her waist (around her love handles) measures 39 1 2".
It has a flattering fit and is well made. He loves it so much he wears it every time he runs. I love how flattering this fits. I am 5'7", 165 pounds and the medium fits well (see photos). The sleeves are longer than the body, so you should still be able to wear this if you are tall. With sleeves that are tight (a good thing), you can distribute the scrunches evenly on your arm due to the tight sleeves. It will eliminate the sleeves going past your wrist as well as looking too long if you have short arms like I do. In my opinion, a medium fitting for a person at 5'7" to 5"10 would be fine. I really appreciate it. Free shipping was the only option I selected, and I received my shirts within one working day. It is worth the price of the shirt because it is of excellent quality. The fit is perfect. I was a little leery about taking a chance with this company, but am so glad I did because I received two fine quality shirts, whereas if I had used Nike or Adidas, I would have spent double or more for one shirt. I love it! There is just one thing I regret not ordering more of.

The height of 5'11" and the weight of 155 pounds are both average. There were no fitting problems with the shirt, except for the sleeves, which were extremely tight at the elbow and on the wrist. It was almost as if the shirt was tapered like a modified the sleeve by tearing up the seam to relieve pressure on my forearm, and that worked out well. When the weather is hot, the fabric does a good job of wicking. This shirt was worn in a desert environment with a temperature of 98 degrees. By converting the tapered sleeves to a standard fit, the product would be greatly improved.
Originally, I thought the material would be similar to the short-sleeve swim shirt/rash guard from this brand that looks similar to this one, but I guess they don't make the long-sleeve version of that awesome/thicker material. I ended up returning it because of the fit. It's light/thin and really nice, but I returned it because of the fit. My torso is a rather slim fit, just as shown on the photo, and the width is also slim (not skin-tight), but the sleeves were a bit There might be something odd about my proportions. As I was about to go up a size, I found the same thing from another brand that doesn't have any logos or elastane, so I'm giving it I have updated They read my review and actually contacted me after reading it. This company gets all 5 stars. After trying out the next larger size, I found it to be just right for me. The sleeves are still a little snug in the shoulders, but they work for what I need.
