This pair of socks has been with me for two years. Based on all things considered, I would give them a B- Blue is not what I consider the navy blue to be. This is more of a black than a blue to me. Having been a textile dye manager and colorist for over twenty five years, I can say with confidence that these boots still look brand new after wearing them about twenty five times in the past two years. I am happy with how the socks turned out. Socks and knickers are the perfect match. You can choose from different colors for the socks. It's comfortable to wear these socks.
It was the color of these socks that disappointed me the most. In fairness, I did return the socks shown here, but not because they were of poor After my order had been shipped, I eventually came across the website and saw that the store had other patterns and even solid colors of the same sock brand. Following a conversation with a representative of the brand, I ordered the same style of socks as I had originally ordered, just in solids rather than the argyle pattern. It was the argyle sock I had seen on Amazon that I pointed out to the rep. My outfit was argyle, so I would like to order the solid and return the argyle. The solid would match with my outfit better. It was easy to understand the rep. It was expected that the argyle sock would arrive when expected and it did because it did look nice, but of course since I wouldn't wear them, I didn't try them on, but I did take them out of the package to give them a look. When the solid sock arrived as expected, I put it on and was pleased with the quality. It was a great fit, very comfortable, I loved it. Since both of the socks were the same style, the same manufacturer except for the colors, I would expect that the argyle sock would fit the same. In my opinion, I was completely satisfied with the purchase. I am sure that if I had kept the argyle sock, I would have been completely satisfied as well. Thanks to the seller's help, I made the best decision, and I would definitely buy from them I eventually ended up purchasing a pair of knickers from the seller that I thought complemented the socks even more, so I chose to wear the knickers and socks together for the event The look is great, and the feel is great, too.
