The amount of things I packed was about 20% more than I expected. It is a great bag, so I kept it and ordered another one. A bag of this size would be nearly impossible to carry. I can't imagine using it in the gym on a regular basis. The following however If you're going on an overnight trip or playing sports, you'll love this bag. All of this fit in the large room with plenty of space. I was able to fit those items perfectly in the medium with a little spare room.
My new gym bag was a medium size, so I ordered it. Upon delivery, I was very ecstatic to open my new package. If I ordered brand new, I would have given it a 5 star rating, or if I missed the fine print that said "complimentary women's hair scrunchie inside" I would have given it a 4 star rating, though. The medium is a good size. I was torn between the small and medium. I wanted to use it for a weekend's worth of clothes but still be able to take it on an airplane. A local store showed me the medium in person, and it was too big compared to this one. Can't wait to load it up with stuff and see how well it holds up.
