It would probably be a good idea to use M/L. I used to wear fitted caps back then, and I was around 7 1/4 - 7 1/2 inches tall Ranging from 7 3/8 to 7 5/8. It's great for me to wear L/XL.

I really like this hat, although it is a little more expensive than Under Armour's regular offerings. It also runs a little tight (in the front) for those of us with big heads. With a good look and shape, a reasonably breathable construction, and a wicking band in the brim, this hat is very functional. of the hat is that it does not have the logo on the front (and that it is smaller than on some of the other A stretch fit cap is preferable to me, because it does not have an ugly adjustment strap and does not have a cutout at the back. Fit gets more finicky due to the increase in complexity. As I mentioned, this hat is smaller and tighter than expected, as the L/XL just fits my big head (a L/XL typically fits my big head). This problem caused by the front of the brim (where the bill meets and the corners are reinforced) primarily manifests itself through some pressure. My head would be easier to fit in this cap if the edges didn't press into it. In spite of that, it's not unbearable- As soon as the pressure stopped bothering me, I stopped noticing it. First of all, I notice it only when I put it on. After trying the XL/XXL size for fun, which was too loose to fit my head at all, I then tried the XXL/XXL size. Compared to several thinner under Armour hats, the thicker material helps to keep the shape of the hat better as opposed to hats that don't look like hats anymore after a few weeks. The thick material gives the hat a bit of extra warmth, but all the material inside the hat means that it will definitely wick sweat better. It's too bad that some of the excess sweat is likely to result from it. The XL/XXL I ordered is quite nice and it arrived on time. No pressure is applied to my head so as to cause a headache, but it is not too tight. In the elastic there is a space of about the thickness of my index finger. As well, I have a lot of hair, which stays on my head without feeling as if it will fall out. Since it is a stretch fit hat, you should keep in mind that it will not work for swimming. Also, I would recommend not purchasing the graphite / white if you plan on wearing the hat at a work place where dirty hands may be involved because this color shows dirt and grease very clearly. It fits heads with a lot of hair, doesn't cause a headache and works well in water. My head is getting too big, and I've been trying to find larger hats for a long time. The cheap hats that fit everyone look bad I really like how the size of this one fits Now that I know that these fit, I will probably make another purchase in a different color. Unfortunately this hat came dented or crinkled, although one might explain how it looks. The hard panels on the sides are not dented. It's a Black and White version of this hat I like a lot. You don't notice it rising too high on your head, and it looks pretty good. Fitted hats that do that sort of thing annoy me. I have been wearing my first one for over 1 year now, and it has absolutely held up. The fabric holds up well in sweat and moisture, which is great!.
