The hat I bought at Amazon in 2012 is not the same hat I am wearing today. A new row of stitching has been added to the bill. The brim is stiff and uncomfortable. I'm comparing the new and the old, side by side. So, this is either new and different production by a different manufacturer or a new line of Nike products by the same factory. I purchased this cap for the last time, since it is no longer the most comfortable cap on the market.
I feel and think it looks flimsy because the material is not as good. It's a little bit hard to like this Nike cap. It used to be that I had a lot of nicer and better quality Nike hats, but the new ones are much flimsier and made of inferior material. They also don't hold their shape as well as the older ones did. They may be trying to save money, but I hope they will bring back the old Nike tennis hats soon.
