So far I'm very pleased with it. I ordered a size too big, but I was able to cut it to fit just fine. I hope it will last a long time.
This is what makes them so popular with me, because it means you can feel comfortable wearing your belt without worrying that the holes in the section will eventually break through. The solid black leather belt from the Bluecton brand is just what I'm looking for. . . it is great in both looks and quality. I like a thick belt buckle, and this one has a good thickness and neat design etched into it. I prefer a belt buckle that is nest looking, as well as the buckle itself. It's very neat how the belt is held in place with lace by a ratchet groove and is released by a button. Release button is at the top of the buckle and it has a gold color with this model. A slight deviation from the dominant color goes a long way in conveying a whole new level of style.
I appreciate the ability to custom-fit this to my waist, as I had to cut about four and a half inches off. Only a few minutes were needed for the whole process. Having the buckle on the belt made it easy. With a row of metal teeth, there is a super easy to use clasp that holds the buckle firmly in place. By lifting up on the tab, the buckle is released. Getting rid of the metal tab requires something to lift it up. The keys that I had with me enabled me to complete this task. Depending on the clothes manufacturer, the belt may not fit some loops. This is a wider belt that will work with most pants. As a result, I am more than satisfied with this belt and recommend it for casual as well as formal attire because it has a classic style that is appropriate for either situation.
I highly recommend this ratchet belt for anyone who has not used it. As an alternative to traditional frames and prongs, this is a great choice. An example belt would be a Type I belt. In this case, I liked the design of the buckle since it is usually all black and if I am wearing it I don't want it to grab attention too much. I'll be wearing these with my black cargo pants since they match the color perfectly. Ratchet belts are the only belts I wear now, since they are more comfy when carrying heavy items. If you are carrying heavy items in your pockets, tighten up the belt for maximum comfort. You cut the leather belt to fit your waist by measuring your waist and then cutting it according to your measurements. The belt cut can just be eyeballed by wrapping it around your waist and adding an inch to get a good measurement. A strong pair of scissors would probably work as well, but if you don't have one you can use a tin snip instead.
I encourage you to watch the video on this Amazon offer. The manual explains how you can adjust the belt. A screwdriver with a flat blade, and a pair of sharp scissors will be needed. The cow was too much used to make this belt, even if I am not particularly thin. Many things need to be cut from it. If you are going to change the girth in the future, you should take off some extra before you cut it off. This belt is well made and appears to work well with its micro adjustments. require some adaptation to get used to, but once you get the hang of it it works fine. It's an unusual configuration, but once you are adjusted and accustomed to it, it's not bad.
I'm really a fan of ratchet belts, since I'm a bit odd shaped, so this actually works rather well for me. Whenever I wear mine with my dressier suit, it looks really nice. There is a real sense of quality to the design, and it clicks in very nicely. My favorite thing about this belt tightener is that you can change the size by cutting off the extra length of the belt and then use a ratchet to tighten it. There are very clear directions, but the process is fairly self-explanatory. My recommendation is to strongly consider it.
It was a gift for my husband, who has an old ratchet belt which he wears for golf. He loves the concept of the ratchet belt. Vine became available for this belt and I ordered it for him right away. I absolutely adore it and my husband does too. The belt is made of high-grade leather, has a flat belt buckle, and is made by hand with shop shears from very thick leather. It is easy to customize using the shop shears because the leather is very thick.
This belt is described as being made from Italian cowhide in the product description. According to my interpretation, this is top grain leather, but it looks more like split leather with polyurethane mixed in. Throughout the leather, there is no visible grain. Even though the belt works and feels OK, we can't ignore the fact that it looks lower quality than I had It is better to wear lower quality leather and a big metal buckle for casual wear than for business attire.
It's one of the best belts that I have found in a very long time. I am a woman with a 50 inch waist and finding a belt that fits snugly enough, is comfortable and stylish is difficult. I'm happy to have found a belt that meets all of.
