This belt seems decent, but what is its length and do you know if it's a men's belt?

Despite its adjustable length, it doesn't seem to be the right length for me. Belts like this can be worn by ladies as well. For my daughter, I bought the gold shirt because it was the perfect size and fit perfectly with her softball uniform.
