Whenever I wash mine, I use warm and regular cycles, and even throw one pair in the dryer. I had no issues with anything!
Honestly, I would look for a longer pair, since I mentioned in my review that when I pivot my feet in Pilates class, the shoes tend to slide off. In a trampoline park, your daughter is likely to be far more active than she is in a Pilates class, so a pair of longer ankle socks would probably be better. Please let me know if this was helpful
For me, these did not bother me with binding or fitting too tightly around my ankle. I would recommend that you try them out. I agree with you that they fit snugly.

However, I find that these socks are not particularly comfortable, despite providing a good grip. As soon as you put them on, they get stuck in your ankle crease, almost cutting into it. As well as the differing material than what I expected, there are also different approaches that I like. Although it is hard to describe, the material almost looks like a thin sweater. You have to wash them again to keep their shape after wearing them the first time. They're not soft at all, and they stretch a bit after being worn the first time. A cotton shirt like this is not soft.
