After only wearing them a few times, I found the hem to be unravelling! I bought the pair in this new camo print. A few years ago, these items were made to last, but things have changed for the worse. There is either a change in manufacturing methods or a change in quality control! Make sure you purchase from someone who is not the same as you.
It has absolutely zero quality control. That is an absolute catastrophe. A total of 6 pairs in the other color has been ordered. One use of all of them caused threads to fall out. It seemed like just one of those bad batches. All of them have been exchanged. Don't think again the same way! My experience with this model was positive. Exactly the same thing happened again. I had to individually package and return all of these items, which was a huge hassle. It's a zero out of five. There are none that are better than the others.
There are several pairs of original ExOfficio sport mesh underwear that I have. This product performed well, but was known to cause thighs to pouch. I would like to add It is not pilling anymore, but ExOfficio has changed the material. This allows them to wick sweat just as effectively, without leaving a residue behind. It was only a matter of time before I bought a second pair.
This, along with an elastic cup shape in the crotch, provide the perfect amount of support, but not to tight to be uncomfortable. I am currently having trouble with the inside of my thighs developing pimples. In the four years they have been in use, my target champion briefs have never pilled. I do like the feel of these underwear, but I find them too expensive for pilling and having rough texture within 2 months of normal use (wearing them once a week while rotating them with other t-shirts).
Multiple times over, I've bought the ORIGINAL ExOfficio sport mesh underwear in the past, and the only complaint I can think of is that it tends to stick around the thigh and groin areas. There are two. As of Oct. 1, ExOfficio has changed its material, and they no longer "stick" While still doing just as good a job of wicking away sweat. A great product to use if you want to stay cool and comfortable all day long.

They are pretty cool, but at nearly 30 bucks a pop, it shouldn't be the case.
