I'm 5'9" tall, 225 pounds, and have a 36-inch waist, so the large is perfect for me.
Thankfully, I did not suffer from nipple chafing.
Yes, I believe that is accurate. So far, it's held up well after being washed.
If I recall correctly, you can choose from a number of different options when ordering.

These shirts are fantastic. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly; I am 5'10" and weigh 215 pounds. Depending on the day, it can be as high as 220. I worked up a sweat on the white one, but it remained clean and fresh. The photo was taken after a workout. It's made of a light, dry-fitting fabric. I can't think of anything negative to say about it, especially considering the price, and I'm hoping they won't rip easily. Because of how thin it is, that would most likely be my only concern. So far, I'm very happy with it.
The dimensions for a size SMALL are listed below. From the base of the neck in the back to the bottom, the length is 27 inches. The top is 39 inches long from the bottom of the armpit holes to the bottom hem, with no taper. Because of the nature of sleeveless tank tops, the chest isn't fully measurable. My chest measures 42 inches, and the top fits well across the chest; my waist measures 31 inches. I usually wear a medium and this top has a generous waistline. I ordered a small because I'm aware that Asian manufacturers make clothing that is too big for Americans. They regard us as obese bovines, so they use generous size labels on their clothing. All blue jeans are sized using a technique known as "Vanity Sizing. " A size 4 for women was once a 6 or 7, and a size 32 for men was once a 34-inch waist. 35 (gentlemen, take a measurement around the waistband of your jeans). The waist of a size 32 pair of jeans used to be a size 32, but now it's a size 34. They contribute to the delusion that we are not obese. Instead of providing their height and weight, I wish reviewers would measure the garments they are reviewing. A height measurement does not tell us if the weight is in your belly, thighs, buttocks, or chest, and a weight measurement does not tell us if the weight is in your stomach, thighs, buttocks, or chest. Give us your chest and waist measurements, as well as the garment size. Could you please tell us the sizes of the Mediums, Larges, and Extra Larges, gentlemen?.
I'm a big guy with a lot of muscle. With a height of 5'10" and a weight of 255 pounds, he is a formidable adversary. I chose the XXL size. It perfectly concealed my spare tire and gave the impression that I had worked hard. It's something I'd strongly advise you to try.
This is an excellent example of a well-written essay. My only complaint is that, while athletically fitted for the shoulders and arms, the torso appears to be disproportionately large. . . Which means this shirt will accommodate people with a bit of a beer belly. . . Not exactly what I was looking for in that regard. . . Still a very nice product.
br>br>I ordered a medium size. br>br> It's not the length that fills out; it's the circumference of the waist/bellow chest, which is a little "square" rather than "V shaped," which would be preferable. The white one has a slight sheen to it. through, but not excessively so (just FYI). br>br>I think I could have gotten away with the small because I'm 10 pounds heavier than I usually am (I'm always in the 145-pound range). (I'm 152 pounds lean. ) For other models, I might use their small ones. I purchased three of this model, three with and three without the hoodie, and I am pleased with my purchase. Loved it! Great product for the money (I paid around $50 for 6 shirts right now)!.
So, I'm 6'1" tall with extremely short legs and a long torso. My torso effectively resembles that of a 6'4" man. The shirt is long enough to cover my entire waist, and it has a tailored edge at the bottom so that when you raise your arms, your belly button isn't exposed. I washed them and they came out looking great; this item is ideal for going to the gym. You wear a long sleeve thermal shirt underneath, which provides a hood without being overly bulky like a hoodie would. It's become my new go-to vehicle for just hanging out at home.
They are a great fit, comfortable, and light, and my husband loves them so much that he has purchased them twice. Around the waist, it should be loose. The quality of the material is excellent. softness No smell that was a highlight in and of itself after a strenuous workout. After a sweaty workout, we all know what certain polyester blends smell like, and these don't let us down. I would recommend this product and would buy it again. We ordered an XL at first, but it was too big and long for his height of 5'8" and weight of 190 lbs. We followed the size chart, but it was slightly off, so we had to reorder. He ordered a Large and it fit perfectly, prompting him to request more.
I really wanted to like these, and now I see why there are so many negative reviews about the horizontal/angled stitch lines, which are extremely uncomfortable to wear. It's almost as if the shirt is twisted. These would be great if they didn't have the seam/sewn lines down the front. I'm not going to workout with them because I'm returning them, so I can't comment on how long they'll last.
