For work, I received this jacket. It's well-made, and it fits perfectly. I've used it in the rain as well as in the cold. Because it's a shell, you'll need to wear a fleece underneath it, which will suffice. I've worn it without a layer and it keeps me warm in mild temperatures. Without a layer underneath, you'll feel the chill. It's a thick shell, and it'll get hot (for me in the 40s). Even without a layer underneath, I was able to stay warm in the 50°F weather. I keep it in my bag because it has become my go-to jacket. The only issue I had was with the zipper on the chest pocket. It will get stuck if it is zipped up under the rain protector. On mine, I believe the zipper teeth do not extend far enough, causing it to become dislodged. As a result, I can only zip it up to the protector's edge. For me, it's not a big deal because I don't use it very often and am aware of it. The zipper on the jacket has not caused any problems for other coworkers.
So, this coat was delivered to me earlier this week. I tried it on and it fit me perfectly; I'm 5'10" and weigh 200 pounds, so I'm not buff but also not fat. With a hoody underneath, this coat fits me perfectly. I wear an XL in all of my torso clothing, including this coat, so I'm not sure why so many of the reviewers say it's too big. That is not the case. Order an XL if you're a big guy. For two reasons, I gave it four out of five stars in my review. First, my arms are average length, and when I hold my arms straight out, the sleeves reach my wrist bones. I suppose this is a "proper" fit, but I prefer my sleeves to be 1-inch longer. That's a 2 inch difference. Second, one of the zipper pull tabs on the first coat I received was broken. The prominent zipper pull on the chest pockets had completely disintegrated. This made me worry about the zipper pull's durability. Fortunately, Amazon is great about exchanges, and I received my replacement in two days with no problems. I've worn it around a bit and found it to be quite comfortable and eye-catching. catching. I was dressed in a tank top, t-shirt, and shorts on a 65-degree rainy day. This coat, a cheap fleece vest, and a shirt I should have left the vest at home after a quick trip into town for a few quick errands. I found the coat to be very comfortable, and I'm looking forward to putting it to the test in the coming months.

Each side of the lower body has a pocket, with one chest pocket on the left, one upper arm pocket, and one lower arm pocket on the same side as the upper arm pocket. Despite the fact that a protective fabric flap runs the length of the zipper, the lower arm pocket zipper is visible. This jacket comes in a Large size, which is perfect for me - It has a neat appearance, but there is still enough room from the waist to the shoulders, as well as in the arms, for freedom of movement and layering with a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. With the perfect sized velcro patches for Star Wars or other patches you can put on the arms, it's ideal for making a statement about your interests. There are plenty of pockets in all the right places. Two- side-zips on both sides for armpit ventilation and sidearm applications. As far as I've tested it, it appears to be water-resistant in light rain. I'm considering using a waterproof spray in case I have to stay outside for an extended period of time; I'd like a black version, or a navy color option, and especially a krypton typhon black pattern! Anyway, I'm not a company spokesperson, so just buy it!.
So far, it has fulfilled all of my requirements. It appears to be of excellent quality, with a secure and sturdy zipper. I haven't had the opportunity to wear it in inclement weather yet, but based on my experience with other similar jackets, it's fantastic! This Slate color appears blueish in online photos, but it is not; it is gray, exactly as I desired. br>My height is 5'11" and my weight is 215 lbs. The XL size was ideal, with just enough room in the belt to conceal my belongings.
I've only had this jacket for a few days, but I'm very pleased with it thus far. I've taken it on a hike and out running errands with it. This jacket's product quality is far superior to the Condor tactical soft shell I currently own, and it will undoubtedly become my go-to jacket. My only gripe, if you can call it that, is that the hem does not have a drawstring. Although I understand that this jacket is designed for concealed carry, it would be a useful feature to have.
This jacket is without a doubt the best I've ever worn on a trip. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 210 pounds, and the quality is excellent, as is the fit. The functionality of the waterproof zipper construction is great, and it is worth the price; it keeps out the water while also keeping you warm when it snows.
