How old are the kids that it is intended for?

My 6 year old daughter will enjoy this, and it's not so much about her age as it is about her size. Although she is petite, this was a good fit for her. Her favorite part of the show. Over the shirt it looks great because it's not too short, yet not too long. It's mid-thigh, but not too short and fits
