I recently purchased a large for my son. Mine is a ten-year-old boy who wears a size five.
Yes, when my grandson was younger, he wore a size 5 shoe, and I purchased a large. They lasted a long time, so I gave them to a younger cousin.
I'm not sure what they're made of, but they appear to be mostly cotton socks in appearance and feel.

These are incredible! Socks are a particular pet peeve of mine. They should be soft and cushy on the bottom but not too bulky all over. He won't be bothered by the toe seam. When he's running around, they can't get into his shoe. All of his expectations have been surpassed. A contented son equals a contented mother.
I'm a size 5 shoe and I'm ecstatic. I placed an order for a large (3-year-old) size. 9) Because I'm a boy, I'm wearing a size 6. 5 shoe. They were made to go together. Yes, they shrank slightly after the first wash, but not significantly enough that I could tell the difference. They're extremely comfortable, and I've had a great time with them.
Make sure you don't throw your money away! After two months, they shrank quickly and tore up. The majority of the socks have already developed holes. I think I'll stick with Walmart's own brand.
These were a huge hit with my 8-year-old. They appear to be of excellent quality to me. Durability is unknown, but based on the quality, I believe they will last as long as any other sock with kids. br>br>Will purchase more for my son.
A year and a half ago, I bought this. My son adores these, and he wears them to school, so I've washed them on a weekly basis since we received them. These appear to be in good condition.
The fabric of the socks is soft, and at first glance, it appears to be a smaller size, as my son complained about it slipping down his back. I placed the freshly laundered one next to the brand new one and observed the difference (see photos). The socks are suitable for school use because they are not very expensive if lost.
It's lovely and well-fitting. I'm a women's size 7/8, and while I prefer men's socks, they're always too big, so these are ideal.
I'm so tiny that I have to buy children's socks.
