It fits both my 6 and 8 year olds. I bought an xs for my 6 year old (55 pounds) and a medium for my 8 year old (72 pounds). The pants are not true to size

They run big on tall, thin people. Walking has been causing chaffing for the kid, so this should fix the problem. It is important to note that these run large! There is about 85 pounds in him and he is 12. Also a size 14, he has a slim build. It would have been better for him if he had worn a medium. The plan seems to work for him, and we are confident it will work for us as well. It would be wise for them.

Shorts for boys are not long enough to be worn under compression. It sounds like my son says they are riding I ordered a bigger size but yet they would slip down in the waist if I ordered a smaller size. (My son is 9).
