Is the inside of the bag lined?

Is it something like fleece? No, not the one I received, at least not the one I got. It was all made of the same stretchy knit. It is, however, quite dense. a lot of heat

Is this suitable for a child of 4 or 5 years old?

I'd say it'd be a little on the large side. However, if there is room for expansion, it may be feasible. It is difficult to say because it is a difficult question to answer. It also depends on their hair length and thickness, as well as their head size. This hat actually fits my 32-year-old fiance, but his head is a little smaller and he has a bald fade (basically no hair). I had bought him the adult one, but it was too big for him and had stetched out after one winter, so I figured I'd give this a try, and it's become his favorite hat. I actually got him a second, and I'm planning on getting him a third this winter as well. Please accept my apologies for not being of more assistance. Best of luck!

Would a fourteen-year-old be able to wear it?

No, it was too small for my five-year-old daughter. And neither of my children has a particularly large head.

We live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where it can get very cold, and he loves the hat. He occasionally complains that his head is too hot when we're in the car, so this is a great hat for the cold Michigan winters.

High-quality UA material that can withstand a rowdy toddler. It was a good fit for our three-year-old son, and it kept him warm. Unlike some knitted beanies, this one does not have an itchy material.

I purchased two so that my two sons would have a matching set. They're 18 months old and three years old, respectively. The hat is a perfect fit for them both, with plenty of room for growth but no sloppy appearance.
