That's what I'm going to do. There just needs to be something to hold onto. A trilux 33 AF spray was used on my outdrive last year. After priming the area with trilux primer, I still see Please accept my sincere thanks for your assistance.
The paint was not meant to be sprayed, but I thinned it with reducer and it turned out perfectly. Next season, I won't have to bother with it.

It is not recommended to apply a clear coat over it, since you would lose the antimicrobial protection It's great to hear from.
That is not from a reputable retailer and I can't believe they sent it to me. Due to the fact I needed it done right away, I did not have time to return it.
I broke up the huge glob of solids at the bottom of the paint can over the course of about an hour. Since the contents of the can were so full when first opened, it was very messy to stir, break, mix, and mash the contents until the bottom 'berg' had been I suppose this can had been in stock for a very long time because the 'berg' seemed so solid. The can must be completely mixed (broken up) for the powder to be effective.
A vital factor in marine paints is mixing, as a heavy layer is often formed on.
I highly recommend this product for cleaning marine growth. It works well and does the job without requiring.
On a single Bravo 3, I used 1/3 pint for one coat of paint.
