For any installation that needs a water tight seal, I would recommend something else

If you purchase this item, be wary. Unlike most holders, this one has virtually no lip on top. There is no watertight seal around the edges of the opening to the holder with this, so I would not recommend this for any installation that requires one.

The product is good, but you will need a file to install it properly

It is exactly 3-5/16 inch long, so you should have a file handy if you are drilling it A file won't be able to make it fit in the hole until the outside is a little bigger.
