I liked the power cord because it looks great and doesn't mildew. Furthermore, there was an indicator light that showed your vessel is powered up to shore power. As soon as there is a need, I will repurchase.

Materials are good quality and the cover is nice and flexible, but it is still quite tough. There doesn't seem to be any wear on the plugs and therefore there shouldn't be any concerns.

In addition to being reasonably priced, it has a strong feel to it. The Marinco feels more rubbery on its ends, whereas the current one has a little more plastic to it. I like that my power cord sticks out rather than resting on the dock because of the orange sheathing. There is no way to know until time passes.
