my 25 HP Mercury powered by a 4 stroke. Could this work om this fit?

The two stroke 9 can be operated with it. 9 Yamaha. When it comes to a 25-hp four-stroke, the vehicle may not be adequate for the task.

Why do you need the dimensions? This is required for a log splitter engine, since sizing it accordingly for an outboard hp is not the best idea. ?

Describe the process of working around the tiller handle. ?

There's not a problem with it if I use it on the tiller handle on my Tohatso 9. In a kicker situation, the handles are up position to make sure 8 kickes. In my primary, none of my plants have a tiller, so I don't have the means to explain it. The end of our three-year experiment has brought tears to my eyes. Whenever it is necessary to replace my vehicle each three years because of its durability and price, I'm on board.

An easy install but the draw string rots off at the end of 6 months and the old string must be removed and an UV rated cord installed since boats most likely won't need their draw strings for much of their lives.

It's very good in both its quality and price. I should say I'm a little overcomplicated with my choice of computer. I use a 6 HP laptop. Having said that, it's better than mediocre four stars. Not tried, temperatures can drop below zero degrees Celsius.

I've felt good about the quality of the materials used in the fitting. UV exposure is how can protection stand up, as time will tell. You paid a good price.
