Like SCFM, CFM is a bit like it. As long as there is no obstruction (like pipe) in the way, it can move air by an inch or two. Air is drawn through the motor housing by the involute while the motor is "sealed. ". There is a good chance that this is a standard design, but the design is very poor Basically, you can't control how much you consume. However, I know it is common for you to do that (i. e. The same as vacuum cleaners) but for the The sole purpose of the vent is to discharge The unit itself clearly instructs that it is to be used only for venting flammable vapors, and the instructions on the unit warn against that use as well. Its squirrel cage is poorly designed to move air efficiently, and the motor is about the same power as No way to change it. I'm not happy, but can't do anything There is a problem with the.
Is quiet enough so that I don't forget it's on, yet not so quiet that I don't recognize it. At this noise level, it's ideal. This pump works well on my 32' Marinette Flybridge to empty the bilge quickly. This is an easy to install program. My favorite way to relax is to lay down on my back and wrap my legs around a pedestal with the steering linkage extending into my ribcage.
Previously, I was using an inline seaflo fan running at 83dB this squirrel cage style blower is significantly quieter. A 64dB acoustic equal to almost 20dB quieter than the previous one. The fan appears to perform almost as well as the inline 130CFM fan at 12V.
The blowers in my boat consist of three of them. The bilge has three and the bathroom has one. The BLECs run so quiet and consume so little power that you barely notice they are on. As part of my research, I dismantled one to find out how good they are and was totally blown away by their quality. We were shocked by the rotor balance and the fact that the brushes are heavy duty. In contrast to cheap motors which are either crimped or welded together, this motor can be completely taken apart using screws. To keep the screws from rattling apart, I used jam nuts and Loctite on the screws. I give this product a Plus.
This was purchased on Oct 10, 2018. It took me 7 months to get around to installing it in my 35 foot Despite being quite noisy and moving a decent amount of air, this machine was a pleasure to use. Unfortunately, after 4 months of intermittent use of probably a few hours per day, the computer now blows the fuse after turning, getting slower, and running for roughly 4 months. It's nothing but garbage now after three fuses. There was never any moisture in it, it's just made cheaply. Having paid the extra money and getting the Jabsco would have been a good decision.
The same blower everywhere else is Multiple mounting options make it easy to install. You can keep weight down by removing the other two methods. There would have been a need for a little more wire length, but it was It appears to be well made and durable, but it's too soon to verify its durability.
It performed as expected and it fitted perfectly as a replacement with no modification needed.
It's great.
