The tape can be applied along the box with one hand once it has been started.
The width of the screen is 88 inches, correct? In the end, it really does matter whether the core is 3 inches wide (hollow circle in the center). No matter how wide the tape is, as long as the core is 3 inches, it won't matter. Thank you for your help. During the celebration. My old P Richards doesn't cut it, but I need something a little more durable.
There is metal in the blade.
The plastic used for this item is very durable.

It was necessary to have a tape dispenser that can hold roll of 3" core tape. The tape gun doesn't get used as a tape gun a lot. I use it to tear off pieces and attach them individually. If you wanted to use this as a tape gun, I can see how you might find it bothersome to pull the tape by hand. However, I feel this dispenser is best suited for my tape-rolling needs This is the style to use. Since I share this one between two kinds of tapes (the good stuff and the cheap stuff), I may need a new one. Although it is springy enough to survive a drop, stepping on it would surely break it. The quality of the product surprised me at first, but I have been using it for almost a year now and am very satisfied with it. This style was exactly what I was looking for, glad I stumbled across it.
I've used several of them. The rolls break after a few uses or the tape flips back and sticks to the roll, requiring five minutes to rewind the roll or purchase a new one. I bought a heavier duty 3M dispenser that rolls the tape down and then cuts it automatically as it passes over a package. There was a lot of hassle with this. Amazon led me to this product while I was searching for something better. The store didn't have reviews but it was a lot cheaper, so I bought it. You made the right choice. I love it! It is just what I need! I don't foresee it falling apart. Whether you decide to seal a box or just grab a two inch strip for whatever reason, this machine is not going to break. Rolls with a 3-inch core are used for the large economical tapes. By inserting your fingers through the hole and by placing your thumb on the top, you hold the handle. When you push your thumb down, the tension is controlled. I'm sure you can handle it all. A second might be in order.
Our favorite 20-year-old one of these broke the other day when we were shipping packages all day. Many other solutions did not work nearly as well as this one, so we looked and looked and finally found it. It's good to have our shipping guy back. With this tape, you can control the tension and it's fast and easy to apply.
You do have to use two hands to get it started, but I don't mind. There are several reasons this particular tape roll is so great, one being that it stays on securely yet is still easy to change out. Additionally, the cutter works well and has a covers that protect it.
If you want the tape to stick to the box you must take the dispenser end off first once the end is removed, it is then possible to tape with one hand. The reason is that the plastic surfaces where the tape comes out have creases on both sides of them. you do not have to worry about the tape coming into contact with the cardboard when you press the dispenser to the box. The sharp blade on the dispenser has a retractable cover which is a very useful feature. If I had spent a few extra bucks on a pistol grip, I would have been able to use this tool.
There is nothing I hate more than The return date is past, so I wouldn't have kept it if it hadn't been outside returned date. One of the rolls of tape I already have is this size, and I was hoping to find one similar to the one you use on smaller It is on its way & I had just gotten more of the smaller tapes, so I put it aside for a while. Upon finally using it, it was so difficult to use. There are no instructions, and even a graphic of how to thread the tape through is not provided. I have only been able to thread it by pulling back sharply on the plate you have to pull back before you can cut it, so I end up wasting tape or getting tangled or chipping nails (no, they are short) each time I try.
The bulky pro-style tape dispensers suitable for warehouse operations were not suitable for my needs. I wanted a simple dispenser to use in general. There is no other way to describe it. I find it to be well designed, sturdy, simple, and very convenient for the occasional use that I do.
It was hard to get certain rolls to fit in the 3M dispenser because of the large size. The dispenser does not present any problems. As well as being more rugged, it is easier to use.
