Can't be beat for the price. Instead of plastic, they're made of aluminum. A set of screws comes with 5 m-nuts There are three Allen keys, two Lock nuts (one extra), and one wheel nut. I can wear them if they are the right size I like the fit of the rail to the accessories as well as how it surrounds the rail. It's hard to think of anything else to say. It's dirt cheap, it fits and works, it comes with the whole hardware package plus a spare, and it comes with the only tool you have to use to install it. It is made in China. So the only reason I wouldn't buy this is if you don't want to purchase Chinese goods. As usual, I would have purchased Magpul, but given the madness of 12/2020 and how much I really need to save, I'm trying to keep my dollar as low as possible.
The metal and sturdy look of the device convinced me to buy it. After I installed the first screw, it stripped and I wasn't able to use it. Having just tightened the first one just barely, I went on to the second one. In contrast, the screws used on the mount feel very inferior to the mount itself.
With these, nothing to worry about. All the accessories fit perfectly, and I would recommend that the screws are locked with indelible blue locktite for smooth, trouble-free operation.
My computer has been reinstalled and installed several times without any.
A simple, easy way to manage Installation of a picattiny lock for use with a bipod.
I was able to lock up the pic mount bipod with no issue. Machine work seems to be good. I did not have any issues with the screws being torqued to specification.
I'm not too impressed with the hardware. Good finishing has been done on the rails. It is of a good size. There is one thing I would suggest not doing, which is not carefully turning the screws down, as they are aluminum and will gall on the threads and be impossible to remove. As soon as they strip, they're It is a good idea not to tighten them until you have tested them and know.
They work well.
