I bought it a day or two ago when there were no reviews. A day or two after purchase, I stumbled across a few negative reviews, so I was concerned, but I received them today and it worked Solid aluminum and tight fitting means close tolerance, which is good for keeping things like this in place. With something as delicate as this, you don't want a lot of play. were no blemishes or damage to the hardware, and I received all of it as stated. You can definitely buy some more of these from me because I highly recommend them.
They were high quality for the value. Rails that lock can be found at LOK. The accessories were tight and secure after I had mounted them. Despite their low price, I recommend them due to the quality of the rails. When it came to stripping the screws, I had no problem. For your information Installation does not require excessive torque, these are fine thread (likely #4) screws which do not have to be overtorqued or risk stripping. It is likely that the screws were torqued too much in the reviews saying the screws stripped. The M- goes a long way, and a little bit goes a long way A system is beautiful if it supports the LOK concept.
I have no issues with my aero precision rail fitting the rails. Various attachments can be attached to it in 4 different lengths. The only problem is they don't seem to be made to exact specifications for pictinny rails. There is a difference in the width of the rails, and my the accessories that I moved over from my old gun do not fit snugly. The AFG and Magpul sling mount rattle due to a sufficient amount of play in them. I find this a bit irritating.
You can tell these are cheap by their appearance and feel. There is also a bit of a slick shine to the paint as applied, rather than a flat matt I wasn't too convinced by the hardware, as it's very thin and didn't inspire a lot of confidence, one of the major downsides is the skinny rails A special focus should be placed on screws. To be clear, the small section that I used to install is still secure, and the flashlight has remained attached even after normal use and non-extreme usage.
You can customise your weapon using four types of rails. A very good product.
The rails are made from metal of high quality. Taking my rifle to the range, I run several magazines through it and these did not fall apart or loosen, which is why I would say they're worth the cost.
It's hard to understand why so many people have given this product such high ratings. The problem must be caused by all the new gun owners in this country who don't know what quality means. This is not a tight fit as a spec picatinny should have. It looks ridiculous because the finish is glossy. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of the price. These probably wouldn't hold up for the entirety of a shooting day. Orange peel paint leaves no clue as to what it is hiding.
The rails arrived to me very well packed, with all of the hardware, including a few extra In any case, I am going to paint over them anyway, so the finish does not matter to me. The mounting and how well they hold the attachments should be more of a concern to me. The mounting brackets fit perfectly on my forward hand guard, and I have attached a forward vertical grip and light with no problems at all. As an added security measure, I would recommend a thin coating of lock tight. These rails are perfectly satisfactory for the price, especially for their quality.
