It is possible to pry off the rubber around the lenses by pulling them apart from the lenses. Once installed, simply stick the new lens in and push it in it has little notch for snapping
It doesn't really work that way. The fabric had to be removed and the wire had to be cut in order for it to fit. It wouldn't be worth it to purchase these again.

It's a very good pair of The glasses I wear have prescription lenses. I was trying to find a pair that would cover them. Despite being able to wear them over my rx glasses, they fit very reasonably, but they could still be better. As you may have noticed, it is not THAT big a frame as you see on hipsters.
