It was the design and fit that sold me on them, but I was apprehensive about how they would fit since they were so similar to the ones I tried. I was shocked to find out we had the same fitting and everything. I saved a bunch of money and would recommend this to anyone. This product does not fog up on me at all, the rubber seals very well around my face and also fits my mask well. A light was shinned to see if any got through, but the seal around my face blocked any light from getting in. It is very convenient to carry around the bag. They are a great tool. By cutting off the strap at both ends, you are actually pulling the frame rigid at the ends, so you have to start at the top on each side. Starting at the top, bend the top of the frame away from the lens, once each end has been removed. These might be okay for others, but not for me. They do not have a soft face plate, but are hard plastic around the Google that hurts your face after a few minutes. We bought them to use in airsoft, but won't use them in airsoft. The airsofting schools don't also allow you to wear a face mask, which I don't like since I like to keep my teeth as clean as possible. when I went to return the item, Amazon gave me a refund right away and said there was no need to return the item. You can get great goggles for a great price. Their replications are pretty darn close to those of the ESS desert locusts. My maritime helmet easily fits over them, but I recommend the bunny ear holders instead. It's terrible to run around with a helmet on and have a pair of goggles slip off and hit you.
