Questions & Answers

These goggles are suited for paintball, but can they also be used for basketball? How do you prevent a paintball from hitting you?

Paintball is not one of my favorite sports. Yes, they are capable of stopping a paintball, but there is a gap where the strap is that paint could enter through. As opposed to these, I would suggest these for airsoft.

Can we say that these Googles are a little ?

This is not a pair of ski goggles, but rather a pair of slim fit goggles The product is nice.

Under these, am I able to wear a prescription eyeglasses?

The goggles are plenty big enough to fit over glasses. I wore my glasses and it fit perfectly.

How big do they have to be to fit over prescription ?

According to my experience, it would be the case for most pairs. I bought these for my husband to wear when he works outside Despite their temperature being 20°+ and wearing glasses, he really digs them.

This is a decent product, but I do not like some aspects of it
3/5

Too many tints are a no-no in heavily shaded areas or when wearing it indoors. There are some obstructions on the sides and above of the peripheral vision. It seems like the foam around the goggles is thin and cheap, not up to snuff like you would expect. They are not as durable or protective as you would expect (this foam would wear out with time/environments). My face doesn't fit well in it and I don't feel comfortable wearing it. There are quite a few of them, and they are quite The external frames protrude much further than I thought they would due to the rather large (rectangular/slanted) air vents all around the top and bottom of the frame, so the "anti-fog" vents must be designed to eliminate that kind of resistance. Fogging mechanisms are used in this process. With these goggles, you can really feel the air flowing through them. Through these large air holes in vents, smoke or fine dust is likely to get in. There's not much to say about the lens itself except that it looks solid. I wanted them because I need to replace my already scratched up shooting glasses (which fog up easily), as well as to use them when cutting wood where there is a lot of saw dust in the air or flying particles, like when I am weed eating and Despite the fact that they are tinted too dark, and the fact that our property has a lot of tall dense trees, they still don't fulfill what I need. Additionally, I am considering returning them, as the foam does not seem to hold up well.

At last, some real anti-terrorism I see fog
5/5

It's finally here! A pair of goggles that does not The last two goggles I used were in good condition. There was one that was quite cheap, but it fogged up horribly. The second was actually a Rothco goggle, I believe they were the Ventecs. The fog didn't appear as quickly or as heavy but eventually they did and it was impossible to shoot. This is the only difference. It works! These goggles are great! As they're well vented, the only time I've seen fog was when I've been standing still for a long time. As soon as I started moving again, the fog would go away. That goes for most of the goggles you'll find, and it usually happens just about everywhere. To clear the fog, there needs to be movement in the vents. There is a lot of material in this, which is not necessarily As long as more protection is provided, I am fine with it. Furthermore, I'm a small person, so I imagine it will be different for others. Anyhow, I highly recommend their services. It looks cool, the lenses block out high levels of sunlight, and it fits well. They do not fog at all, which is of paramount importance.

This product is amazing for the price
4/5

However, these goggles are smaller than I had anticipated, and they don't quite fit over my glasses perfectly. Not all of my glasses have metal frames, but neither do they have those big ones with plastic lenses. They can be easily identified by the shape of the metal doors. It pushes off my head when I put these goggles on, pushing the left and right sides of the goggles (where the strap connects) away from my head. You will need to be careful if you require 100% seal. Although it wouldn't be uncomfortable and I can certainly deal with it, be aware that they may not fit as nicely as you expect. Other than that, everything else is fine. I am very happy with the goggles, they are of good quality, and they are tinted about the same way a typical car window would be (not blackout) If you were looking inside a limousine, you would see the windows quite well. Even when the sun goes down, you can still see the outside. There is a lot of strength in the strap. It is only the inside of these that is antimicrobial, and nothing outside of them The fog comes. Fog will rapidly build up on the outside, though that is because you're breathing directly on it for testing. Since the temperature outside would prevent fog while outside, I doubt there would be any fog outside.

Goggles Rothco SWAT TEC
5/5

The following review is written from the perspective of an Airsoft player.
I searched high and low for a good, impact-resistant Goggle that would fit over my normal sized prescription glasses but had no luck. The companies which I heard about through forums who made glasses specifically for this purpose (we are thinking of ESS) now have a weak platform and need Rx inserts to make them work. Having heard about Rothco's SWAT TEC Goggles, I thought it was worth a try for the price. I must say, I am I always have my eyes closed, no matter what I do. They are so dark, you can't see them from the outside whatsoever. As seen through the Goggles, you can determine that the sun has added just the right amount of tint to it. This time, there was low light inside, which was perfect GI Joe's Snake Eyes even looks like me with my boonie hat, my balaclava, and my goggles. I have found that it really goes with any load out gear I design. Fits very snugly over my glasses, in spite of their size. The material is so lightweight that you hardly notice that you are wearing anything over your There's lots of ventilation in the room. Fog does not form even when I am wearing my mask. Thank you Rothco for providing an affordable solution to the problem of having prescription glasses with an Airsofter. The book is highly recommendable.

FOR AIRSOFT, I LOVE THESE
5/5

I am finally able to present a pair of small tinted goggles that are great for the airsoft field. It's great to have these around! them over a lower face grid mask, and they fit perfectly. There is just enough tint to make it very light from inside, but you are completely blacked out from the outside. It's pretty That's what makes these goggles different from all the big flat ones. Featuring rounded lenses, an excellent viewing angle from all angles, and a wide range of vents both on top and on the bottom,
I can even see out of This style of lens bounces BB's off when worn, and the strap is of good Stretches to maintain its length It's a capability. There is a thinner strap and the rings are smaller. When you have like five things on your head and they all have straps, it helps. In the end, I put these on when I wore the lower face mask and balaclava. I then put the strap over my helmet for extra security. The glasses fit and stay perfect, and they never fog up. There will be no big flat goggles anymore! Keep SWAT on the job!.

The Goggle Guy tells it like it is
5/5

A look, a comfort, a performance, and a The reason I prefer them over any other shooting glasses is that you get a much bigger field of view and while wearing active noise cancellation ear muffs (the Howard Leight ones), it's nice and comfortable and there are no frames pressing into your head. moving to the field and all the other guys in my personnel carrier were wiping dust out of their eyes in their glasses, but I didn't get any dust in mine, since I was wearing goggles. My role as the goggles guy has its reasons. Their effect is positive.
