This lens is perfect for certain types of As I reside in a relatively cold climate, I purchased this lens along with the HD Thermal Yellow Lens since the Smoked HD Lens that was included with my i4 was too dark to use with the current weather. * However, since this lens really only excels in a few settings it is not really useful in others. If I were to use this lens in light contrast or on cloudy days, I would prefer it. As well as in bad weather, this lens works great in the rain or snow. There are only a few problems with this lens, including that it does not perform very well in bright sunshine. Regardless of the reason, excessive glare is a significant problem when the sun is too bright. I can't say whether it is the material or the color of the lens, but there is quite a bit of reflection. The lenses looking great from the outside, but when you can't see anything, there is no sense in wearing them in broad daylight. While the lens look good from the outside, they are no use at all if you can't see anything. This is an excellent Initially I did not believe that a lens would make such a huge difference, but the visibility is unmatched, especially while playing paintball after dark. The lens I bought is for a Dye i4, but because the Dye i5 uses Dye i4 lenses, I bought it for my Dye i5. I did not see any fogging of the lens. It appeared that I wasn't the only one who didn't have to deal with a hazy mask. The Dye i5 mask and this lens are among many items that will be purchased by our group. Unlike many other masks, the Dye i5 comes with a mirror lens (not clear). As for my purchase, I bought this to change out the lens, which was a breeze Nothing to complain about. Lenses can withstand direct hits from close range as well as being hit from further away.

I think it is pretty good now that I have used it a bit. Looks amazing as soon as you arrive. I think it is pretty good now that I have used it a bit. I like to wear a nice pair of sunnies out in the sun especially. Due to how easy it is to scratch, it has been given three stars. My point is not to tout the lens itself, since it is a very good one. Although the tint that makes it appear like that scratches off when even the slightest piece of dirt gets caught between the layers. I find it rather irritating given the price of the lens. Even after only two days of use, I already have some scratches We find 3 uses for. There are some scratches on the lense from balls hitting it. Looking out is the most difficult aspect as it appears as an orange line across the inside.

The fogging wasn't an issue, even during hot and humid days in the forest. Removable in no time & easy to install Put another one in place. Orange lens with a wide field of view A high visibility campaign Then I switched to clear, which reflects the woods better and blends in better with the woods. I'm on the right side of the photo. In the past. It is clear for the two guys next to me. But now that all of us have clarity, we're able to move forward.

I just ordered a second lens (mask came with gold, which I find is excellent for outdoor use) and I am interested to order the amber HD (the low-light version). I don't have any fog after six hours of hard indoor play. Once again, there is no fog! It was my best effort! When I took a face shot from the inside of the mask during a game, I got sprayed with sweat from the inside. I had no fog, and I buffed off the BB marks. Make sure that it stays clean and that no alcohol is used. Cleaning optics is something I do using a cleaner selected for that purpose. Lastly, buy microfiber cloths in bulk for a few bucks so you will not waste them. A light buffing will expose the coated inside of the lens. My opinion is that the amount spent on this was worth every single The mask I bought one month ago was the first of four I ordered. I sold them all after just a few plays. The DYE I4 will remain in my collection, but I'll probably buy a second for outdoor use!.

This lens is awesome for the bright days without giving away your position on the field while playing woodsball. It does not fog either, which is something that every lens should have. The high price may be compared to other lenses but for the extra $5 or $6 you get, I would say you get the best quality lens.
