It is hard to tell for sure, but it seems they wash easily off concrete and the paintball residue appears to decompose after a few days in direct sunlight. In that case, it can also be washed away by water.
From a safety standpoint, no, and I would not try it.

Here are a few advantages There were 100 paintballs in decent condition when they arrived (none broken or leaked). In light of the fact that they were in a flat plastic bag with no packing protection, I considered myself The cons They arrived very quick as well. The fifth or so tend to break just as they exit When they arrived, about one fifth of them were broken (popped and very messy). This is not a product I would buy.
