You might think that this grenade is small, but it is Weight and size of the pin are both pleasing. The pin and all other mechanisms work perfectly, including the spring loaded handle that lets go Even though I do not play paintball, this was a fun quick video to watch.

Throws don't go off with the normal throwing motion

It was tossed after I pulled the pin. In the arc, the top topped out about 8ft above the ground, while the arc landed 25ft below From where I passed, I was 30ft from the door. After being properly inflated, it did not go off (it bounced along the ground). In the end, I picked up the live grenade and whipped it at a rock, in which case it was effective As of 10 years ago, paintball grenades were just as unreliable as they are today. The only problem is that you have to throw it 20ft in the air in order to get enough impact to make it work.

Four out of five stars for me In their own right, the grenades did some good

Four out of five stars for me As far as the grenades themselves are concerned, they worked They were however too large to be stored on the battlefield because of their size. Having to be on the field for more than 10 hours a day to play woodsball/scenario makes it hard to carry enough. There also seemed to be a problem with the tops on some of the grenades - some To summarize, I would buy them again if I had the chance. If you're concerned about coverage, well, you know how it goes. It was interesting to observe how much more pink paint came off the field between the final battles of my last scenario.
