Yes.
Is the physical size of these batteries different from standard 9-volt batteries?
They are, in fact, a tad smaller. To keep spring force contact with the terminals of stoke devices, I had to add a couple of strips of tape to the bottom of a few of mine.
Is it true that allowing lipo batteries to fully discharge damages them? When the cell voltage falls below 3 volts, this happens with lipo batteries, right?

Why does the spec sheet state that these batteries have a capacity of 7 volts? If the batteries were 4 volts, why were they advertised as 9 volts? Devices, in my opinion, would not work well on Windows 7. 4v?
I'm not sure, but all of my batteries were nine volts.

The product did not perform as expected. The charger is a sham, a piece of junk made of inferior, low-cost plastic. The battery is not charged because one of the battery posts moves. When you replace the battery in a different slot, the same problem does not occur. As soon as it is plugged into the power supply, it emits a strong odor of burned chemical. Tenergy has been contacted, but no response has been received. Take my advice and don't buy because the customer service is terrible. It's a risky purchase.

The battery would not charge completely

Allowing these to charge for several days before using them in microphones resulted in them displaying a low battery warning.
