They're swimming goggles, and they're fantastic.
I've had them for a while and have both the mirror and gray styles you describe; both work as regular sunglasses and provide excellent sun protection.

The goggles are comfortable to wear, are simple to adjust, and block enough light to make swimming in a Florida pool at noon bearable. For me, the only drawback is that both pairs blur my underwater vision. The view is crystal clear above the water, but it is significantly blurred beneath the surface. I know it's the goggles and not my eyes because my underwater vision is crystal clear when I wear a diving mask. br>br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. When the seller realized I had a vision problem with the goggles, he offered to replace them with a flat pair. I got them, and I can see clearly underwater thanks to the flat goggles. I would definitely buy from this seller again; the seller responded quickly to my problem and quickly resolved my issue. br>br>CONFIRM THAT CURVED GLASSES ARE APPROPRIATE FOR YOU AND THAT THE CURVE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR VISION. Curved lenses make it difficult for some people (including myself) to see clearly. Aegend also sells flat goggles, which would be ideal for my eyes, despite the fact that I don't wear corrective lenses other than "cheaters" for reading fine print. I'm sure there's a reason.
I've experimented with a variety of goggles. I'm a bit picky as a triathlete, and I've found that many goggles don't hold up, fog, leak, or have other issues. I've done a few swims and a triathlon in these since getting them, and they're fantastic. They're comfortable, don't leak, don't fog, and the mirrored ones I'm using add a splash of color to the world. ) Swimming at sunrise means getting direct sunlight in the face with every breath, and these have done an excellent job of keeping my eyes from becoming irritated. I also like the strap and the way it can be adjusted. These are the first rear clip straps I've ever used, and I love how quickly they release when I'm coming out of the water during a race. They're also simple to adjust once they're on, without the fiddling that some side adjustment goggles require. br>br>I purchased the two-pack. Smoked and mirrored surfaces. I'm a big fan of both of them. And the price is unbeatable. br>TAG TEAM Fitnessbr>Triathlete, Personal Trainer, Run Coach, Nutrition Consultant. br>John Taglieribr>TAG TEAM Fitnessbr>.
I'm not the type to write reviews, but I've bought goggles for myself and four children over the years, and I have to say, these goggles are AMAZING! They're comfortable, have a great adjustable band, and the lens tint is wicked. I wore them on my face while swimming laps, then on my forehead while resting, and there was no fog at all.
Lenses with a Blue Light). The goggles arrived quickly, and I received an email with instructions on how to care for them. br>br>I was really looking forward to wearing them because they were so stylish. It fogged up and became blurry under water the first time I used the Black Mirrored Lenses goggle. I was not pleased with the outcome. Then I tried the second pair, the Light Blue Lenses goggles, and they worked just like they said they would. It has anti-fog properties and can see through water. br>br>Later, I emailed customer service about a problem with one pair of goggles, and the seller promptly responded. On the Black Mirrored goggle, I was instructed to use baby shampoo. I tried the method, but it didn't work, and it kept fogging up while I was using it. I eventually gave up after a week of wearing this goggle. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the defective goggle to the seller, but I was unable to return it because I had used it. The materials used on the Black Mirrored Lenses, I reasoned, would most likely make the lenses hazy. It was a bad design flaw, not the seller's fault, in my opinion. I was planning on buying another one because I needed two pairs. br>br>To my surprise, the seller sent me an email stating that another pair of goggles would be sent to me and that I could choose between two pairs. For the extra goggle, I was given a tracking number as well. This is a very thoughtful and unexpected gesture. br>br>I would suggest this company to anyone looking to buy swimming goggles. It can be relied on. There will be many more summers ahead, and this business has earned a long-term customer! Chris H. , br>br>Chris H. , br>br>Chris H. , br.
My 10-year-old daughter has long lashes, which are squished by googles. These goggles sit a little higher on her face, allowing her lashes to move freely while wearing them. She also claims that they are at ease. They're easy to adjust and come with a nice case, which I like.
) )br> I'm a triathlete, and this set appealed to me because it has options for bright sun and cloudy days. They're the most comfortable goggles I've ever worn, but they're both incredibly hazy underwater. Above the water, they are crystal clear, but after about 30 minutes, they start to fog. The blue pair was perfect, but the tinted pair, despite a lot of adjusting, was too big. Following my purchase, I received detailed instructions via email, with a strong emphasis on contacting them first if I was dissatisfied. This did little to boost my self-assurance - There was something wrong with me. Understandably, they are attempting to avoid negative Amazon reviews; however, they should not sell the defective items in the first place, or they require better quality control. These goggles don't do what they're supposed to do - they don't do what they're supposed to do. I'm unable to see underwater. br>Blurriness is a common complaint in other negative reviews. I don't believe that excellent customer service always entitles you to a higher rating. It's worth noting how many pairs with high ratings (4 stars) have been replaced due to malfunction.
NOTE: My first review (which was a first for me) was turned down. I chose to return them rather than request a replacement. I was abruptly sent the same set of instructions (which felt insulting) again, this time requesting that I call them 1st and that replacement glasses were on their way. I canceled the order and contacted Amazon to express my dissatisfaction with the service. This review was only published after that. This company made me feel harassed. That isn't a good example of customer service.
