How do you decide which colors to use?

There are two options. One color at a time, or at least that's what I did with the ones I chose. They were also neons of various colors. One is called "Spring," and it's made up entirely of light pastel colors. And so on

Is there a pattern for braiding and wrapping para cord to make a bracelet included in the kit?

That was not the case with my kit.

Is it true that the inner strands are made up of seven nylon strands?

Yes. Our paracord is made up of seven inner strands.

Kit for making monobin paracord

This is an excellent beginner's set. I bought this kit to make my own camera wrist strap, and despite being a novice, it turned out well. I plan to make a lot of bracelets for my family with the remaining paracords. This is a kit I strongly suggest.

I tried to use it as a "friction saw" to cut through a zip tie (I recommend Googling it if you haven't heard of this technique before), but I doubt it's real paracord

It's useful for making lanyards, bracelets, and other accessories, and I like the color choice, but I doubt it's real paracord. Instead of melting, the cord became stretchy and deformed as a result of the friction. I've done this before with real paracord, and it usually holds up well, easily cutting through zip ties.

A small piece was missing from the product, but it was otherwise excellent

The only issue was that my package was missing half of a green buckle, which I assumed was due to a return. It's not a big deal, but it's inconvenient. However, thank you for the useful information.

Bracelet making is a lot easier with the precut bundles. I usually make one bracelet and then reuse the leftover cord as the core for the next one. This is an excellent starter set because it contains a variety of items.
