A burned knot at the ends was acceptable, but it frequently caused issues, such as treading the cord through small eyelets. I happened to have a few small pieces of electrical shrink wrap tubing on hand. I now keep them with me and use them to cut cords by slipping a half-inch piece of shrink wrap over the cord, cutting it, and then heating the shrink wrap at the tip. There is no fraying or unraveling, it works flawlessly, and it appears to last an eternity.
I bought this for an art project, but I'm not sure I'd use it for anything that requires a lot of weight.
On the package, there is no indication of where it was made.
Yes, the 100-foot paracord package comes in one piece.

Do you have no elastic and don't want to spend time sewing cotton straps because you're making masks for people right now? This bungee cord will do the trick. When you cut it, use a lighter to melt some of the outer material and seal the end to prevent the cord from unraveling. This is what I did, and I've been using hot water to wash my masks ever since. Every time, the bungee cord is perfect.
It's not 100 feet, but it's great quality. I used all but 10 feet of the spool because it was small. I use 50 for a product that I use on a regular basis. I've done about five of these projects and have never used more than 50 feet of fabric. Very dissatisfying.
The tiny hairs on the hops plant seem to climb very easily on para cord, and you guessed it, I used that cheap paracord to put up lines because I had 1000 feet of it. I haven't tested it for strength, but it feels like the really good 550 paracord I've picked up in the past. I'm sure this would suit your needs if you need a good paracord for any projects you have going on, or just want something to keep in your pack.
It was used to keep tarps in place. a canopy that opens and closes with the touch of a button For added strength, it has about 7 inner strands. I'm not sure what the tensile strength is, but it'll suffice for most paracord applications. When I'm out of it, I'll buy it again.
The cost is reasonable, but not outstanding. I used to be able to get a spool twice this size for half the price. br>br>Having said that, I would recommend the product because it does exactly what it claims to do, and we have come to rely on paracord for a variety of uses, not just survival. We use it to secure tarps, hang clothes, and other items. br>br>You will not be disappointed with your purchase.
This cord is very cheap, and as I was braiding it, it just fell apart. I don't like it!.
I've used paranoid in a variety of crafts, including key chains, dog leashes, and tool wraps. Some of the projects can be simplified so that the cord can be used in an emergency. As a result, I've discovered that this cord fulfills my requirements. It provides both strength and color at an affordable price.
Good material, I ordered two colors, both of which appear to be of good quality, but after using some of my black, I noticed the tan appeared to be much larger, so I measured what I had used and what I had left and discovered I was significantly shorted. I had about 80-85 feet of what was supposed to be a 100-foot roll.
