Questions & Answers
Mine did not come off easily, which irritates me greatly.
The majority of sleeves (including most penny sleeves) will fit, but toploaders will not.
The sleeves are sewn in, not glued on.
I've had as many as four on a single sleeve. But I didn't want to make a big deal about it.

I'd like to give this a higher rating because, despite the fact that I've only been using it for a short time, it's already far superior to the previous three. I had been using a ring binder for quite some time. Unfortunately, the large label sticker shown in the photo is on both the front and back of the item, making it nearly impossible to remove without making a mess. When I tried to remove the sticker, I already had cards in it, so washing off the residue isn't an option unless I want to take all of the cards out again. Having all of this sticky stuff around the cards that I bought this to protect isn't ideal. br>br>Edit: With 70% isopropyl alcohol and a little elbow grease, I was able to remove the majority of the sticker residue. If you purchase this, I strongly advise you to remove the stickers and clean it before using it.
This binder is great as long as you keep them in it and don't have to take them out when you're playing. The sleeves made it a little difficult to slide the cards in, but they did fit; the binder is probably not the best if you're constantly taking them out for play. If that's the case, I'm afraid your binder will rip or you'll damage a card trying to shimmy them back in again and again. br>If the binder is their semi-professional binder, I'm afraid it will rip or you'll damage a card trying to shimmy them back in again and again. Having a permanent residence is good for you.
This is a very nice quality storage solution for your cards, especially for the price. The cards are side-loaded and have a secure feel to them (no worries about them falling out). The pages open flat for easy viewing and have excellent clarity. br>br>The only thing I'm concerned about is the tightness of the strap that holds it closed. Even when the book isn't completely full, this bad boy compresses the edges. Because the pages are not removable, this may have an effect on the front and back corner cards over time. You'll have a lot of moving to do if you're someone who frequently reorganizes their collection.
This is an excellent binder. This Card Guard binder compares favorably to my Ultra Pro binders. On the outside, it's much more durable, and the stretch band is much thinner and more durable. Only time will tell how it will fare in the coming months.
When the book is completely filled, the pages lie flat. It's not too tight or too loose in the pockets. The pockets appear to be better suited for Japanese-sized cards than standard-sized cards, but they can still hold either. br>br>One drawback is that the band that holds the binder closed appears to bend the binder a little, which could either have no effect on the cards or cause them to be damaged. The main reason for this is that the front and back of the binder are both very thin; perhaps putting a piece of cardboard between them would prevent the binder from bending. br>br>Overall, I am very pleased with this product and am surprised at how well it functions.
The person who designed this has most likely never seen the finished product. br>br>There is a huge sticker that takes up half of the front page. Even with a scraper and a hair dryer, removing this sticker was a complete failure, leaving white scraps and residue all over the place. This is a terrible design flaw that is easily fixable. Horrible, awful, awful. I literally have no choice but to buy goo- before presenting it as a present. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: A closer examination revealed that a couple of slots had been damaged to the point of being unusable. I've attached a photo.
I'm relieved that I'm not responsible for the 3-year-old. My inserts are being caught by the ring. It has a very elegant appearance and feel to it. The elastic band is also one of my favorite features. This is a fantastic card holder. A MUST!.
This is a sturdy binder with a side loading mechanism. I've previously purchased VaultX, which costs more than $20, and I bought this one as a gift for a younger collector who I believe will enjoy Pokemon. The cover is a little flimsier than the higher-end product, but it holds the same number of cards and the inside pages appear to be the same.
