No, not like a backpack, but you could keep your water bottle in the side pockets, which isn't what it's designed for.
No, it doesn't, but it's something that many people wish for.
It depends on the type of shoe you're wearing. Sandals in size 13 are very comfortable to wear. Size 13 high top sneakers = may be too small.

However, it is not well-supported. This is a very large medium size! In fact, it's almost too big for me, and I would've ordered a small if I hadn't heard that it didn't come with a shoulder strap, which I desperately needed. However, I will be using it in the future before work, so having space for gym gear, shower gear, and work clothes will be useful. br> The grey is darker than the stock photos (closer to my photo), which could be a plus or minus depending on your tastes. br> Advantages: a large amount of room There are two side pockets, one small front pocket, and a large center compartment. It's large enough to hold a basketball, shoes, workout clothes, a water bottle, and other miscellaneous items. br> Contrary to popular belief, there are some disadvantages to using this product. It's not very well enforced on the bottom, so if you don't completely fill it, it will flop in the middle, which is inconvenient. However, because of the size for the price, I gave it five stars.
Bag is of good quality. Photos of scale are included. For planes, a medium carry-on bag is roughly the maximum size. The bag in the attached photos is a medium size. You might be perplexed by the size because all of the sizes of these bags appear to have been grouped together in one set of reviews. br>br>For carry-on luggage, most US airlines allow 22X14X9. The medium size is 24 x 13 x 12 inches, which is a little large, but because it is amorphous, you can probably get away with it if it isn't too full. Southwest's dimensions are 24X16X10, so they should be fine. They are far more likely to inspect your bag if it is a stiff shape; it is simply too difficult to accurately measure a duffle, so unless it is obviously too large, they usually do not bother. br>br>This bag has zippered pockets on both ends (large enough to fit a pair of men's size 10 sneakers) and a shallow long pocket (12 in by 6 in) on the inside. On the front, it measures 5 inches by 5 inches. The jersey-style version appears to be cotton, but it is actually nylon (which is better for luggage). br>There is a loop on one end for hanging it up, as well as two unattached elastic bands. This makes it a convenient dufflel to store when you're short on space; simply smush it flat, wrap the bands around it, and hang it in your closet. br>br>Sturdy and well-made. If you aren't a heavy packer, the medium size would be ideal for a weekend trip. The U-shaped opening makes it easy to stuff your ball into the bag, making it a great soccer or basketball bag. A 26 was used in this photograph. Attached is a 5-inch basketball to give you an idea of how much space you'll have.
While this isn't my ideal travel bag, I do wish it had a bottom insert, and the fabric is a basic canvas-like material. Material that isn't going to rock your world, for example. It'll carry out my instructions. I recently earned sparring rank and needed a place to store my gear, weapons, and personal items for class while I awaited the arrival of my expensive TKD bag, which is currently on backorder. br>br>It was a perfect fit for chest protection, shin guards, gloves, and headgear. One side pocket holds my chucks and belt, while the other holds my personal belongings. The handle isn't quite long enough to fully fit the combat bahng mahng ee, but only a small portion of it protrudes. There is also a front narrower pocket that will be useful for items I need to get to quickly before and after, such as keys, wallet, phone, etc. None of these pockets are padded, so be aware of where things like your phone are so you don't smash it against something or someone kicks/trips on the bag by accident. br>br>Quality enough to keep around for something else when I switch bags, but cheap enough that I won't be too concerned if it wears out or something goes wrong with it. I didn't see many reviews about using it for martial arts, so hopefully this will be helpful!.
This is a gym bag that I bought. I go there first thing in the morning before work, shower, and get ready for work. I used to have a bag that I would stuff with everything I needed to get ready for work; needless to say, the bag eventually ripped because it was simply too big for the medium size bag. I was looking for a bag that was large enough to hold everything I needed, and this one fits the bill. It's super cute pink, but the best part is that it has separate compartments for dirty clothes and sneakers. I'm currently without my new bag because my husband is required to travel for work for weeks at a time; he borrowed it for the first week but refuses to return it because he loves it so much, despite being chastised for carrying a bright pink bag. It's quite large, but it's ideal for everything I need to store in it. It easily accommodates a full change of clothes, boots, a large fluffy towel, a makeup bag, and shower essentials, as well as extra space. I use it every day when I have it, and it hasn't shown any signs of wear so far, and it appears to be in good condition. I treat it badly, stuffing it into a small locker before dragging it out. I'm going to get him another one in a different color, and I've told my daughter about it. If you're on the fence, take the plunge and buy it; you'll be glad you did.
It's a good bag, but not perfect; for the price, I think it's a good deal, but in hindsight, I wish I had spent a little more on a better bag, especially since this will be my "travel" bag and a bag for carrying things when I don't need a backpack. I don't think it will break on me because of the overall build quality. There could have been a few more pockets/zippers in the main compartment because there isn't much room for small items (aside from the end pouches). The bag also collapses on itself when the main compartment is empty. It would have been better if it had been a little more sturdy and liked to stay open. So, for the price, it's a good bag, but if you're on the fence about getting a high-end bag, this isn't it. If you want a high-quality bag that you will use for a long time, you should spend the extra money.
