By far and away, Amazon's best ring set. The carabiner system is what makes this set so good. It includes carabiners that can be adjusted without the use of a hex bit. The rings are also quite nice. The Rogue competition ring straps are the only other straps I've found that are comparable to these. The rogue straps can be adjusted every 3 inches, while these can be adjusted every 4 inches. As long as you're okay with adjusting in 4 inch increments, these should work.

" I use them for everything from HIIT workouts to stretching and core work. I like that the straps have numbers on them because it's easier to set them up and make sure they're all even. That isn't something I've seen in other rings. They come in a convenient portable drawstring bag, making them a great fitness tool to bring with you wherever you go! br>Excellent product at an excellent price; I would definitely recommend it.

An ergonomic, high-quality, and long-lasting product

I haven't had any pain in my hands or wrists from using these gymnastic rings, which is common with traditional pull-up bars. Bards and dip stations should be set up. The rings and straps have withstood my abuse of hundreds of reps at 175 pounds without showing any signs of straining, wear, or tear. Using the carabiners to change the heights for various exercises was a breeze once I understood how to set it up and use it properly. Wrapping the rings, setting up the straps, and adjusting them so that I could do my workout comfortably took about 20 minutes. br>br>Things I wish I'd known before I started set-up The instructions were simple to follow, but I would recommend watching a professionally produced video like this one to learn how to set up gymnastic rings. Allow enough space between them to provide support and reduce shaking, but not so close that the straps rub against your arms. This is also useful for long-term setup because you want to make sure the spacing is correct before tying any knots. Because I do a variety of exercises that necessitate varying heights, I prefer to use carabiners. br>br>I'm overjoyed to have this in my home gym for a fraction of the price of traditional equipment.

The carabiner system is fantastic; I can use it at the park, in my home gym, and it's very portable; the bonus pull up band is great for ring dip assists and other modifications; and the bonus pull up band is fantastic for ring dip assists and other modifications. I would strongly suggest it.

The carabiners are of exceptional quality and will not fail even if two people are suspended from one ring. It's incredibly simple to get started thanks to the number slotted system. Wood is used to create the rings. The size should be just right, not too big or too small.
