What is the weight of the object?

I'd say it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 lbs. However, 120 lbs of cement blocks will fit perfectly on top. I've been using ours for over a year and haven't had any issues. It digs deep into our infield and really churns it up.

What is the maximum number of cement blocks that this structure can hold?

It can hold six full-size blocks, but it will need to be pulled by something powerful. This is very effective at breaking up and pulverizing hard ground.

What are the measurements of this thing? Is there a chain and bolt set included, and if so, are the bolts installed?

Yes, it works with bolts, and they're simple to set up. They can be adjusted to your desired depth. They've been on my unit for a year and are still in good condition. On the baseball field, I use it every day.
