This high-quality workout timer is ideal for use at home or in a commercial gym. With our Fitness Training Gym Timer, you can set the right pace to get the most out of your workout.

Interval timer mode, count-up mode, countdown mode, stopwatch mode, and real-time clock mode are among the five timer modes available on our gym training timer. In hours and minutes, normal time is 12 and 24 hours. In minutes and seconds, count down or up. Stop being limited by your clock's inability to support a variety of intervals.

Workout Timer with Pre-programmed Settings - Our timer includes pre-programmed workout timer settings. You can save up to ten workout times and customize each shortcut key with your preferences. For example, the Tabata button: store 20 seconds of work time and 10 seconds of rest time, repeat 8 times; if you want to assign your Tabata training to shortcut key P1, you can quickly access your Tabata training by pressing the number 1.

Simple Remote Control Operation - Our fitness timer comes with a remote control that allows it to be operated easily even when it is hung on the wall. The timer can be controlled from a distance of 5 meters using the remote control. When using it, try to point the remote at the IR signal receiver so that the timer responds smoothly to the remote. The smoother the remote can be in relation to the timer, the closer it is. Please keep in mind that the battery is not included in the package.

Is it possible to program this to work for 25 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds?

Yes. It has a couple of preset times, but you can also program your own settings, such as time, rest, and rounds. The Tabata is set at 20 seconds with a 10-second rest period.

Is it possible to use the outside of my garage all year?

You can, but you should try to hang it somewhere dry.

This is an outstanding product. Would go out of my way for a home gym. We have a 6,000 square foot MMA combat training facility. We had to be frugal because we were starting on a shoestring budget. br> In terms of keeping track of time and rounding options- This is a fantastic device. br> The buzzer is too quiet for our facility, and the remote distance could be a little longer. It can reach our grappling mats (40 feet away), but not bags. br> Once more, if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself if you're looking for a LARGE home gym - This would be a massive undertaking. Even a small dojo would benefit from this. br> If you're looking for a big warehouse, this is the place to go. Not quite, but given that it was never advertised as such, I'm still giving it five stars.
