It measures approximately 79 inches in length.
I don't think I've ever seen anything about a manual. The remote is very easy to use- I experimented with all of the buttons to see what they did, and they were all very simple to operate.
Yes, when the time is up, a very loud tone plays for a few seconds.
Yes. You can choose when you want to work and when you want to rest. It's a fantastic timer, don't you think?

It's a great product that's simple to use.
It's a great tool that's simple to use. It would be nice if there was an EMOM function, but that isn't a major issue.
The ability to create and save preset timers makes using this clock a breeze.
It does exactly what it says. It comes with a remote that has a variety of functions for various types of workouts. It's a good value for the money.
For my garage gym, it's perfect.
This is a fantastic addition to your gym!.
It stands out nicely. The clock puts out a very bright time or whatever is currently being displayed, and a quick glance is all I need to know the information it's providing me. Looked larger in the pictures and are, but I did check the dimensions so I knew the clock wasn't as big as a stadium status board. It comes with the necessary hardware to mount it on a wall. I wish the cord was longer, as it is shown in a gym setting with very far apart plugs, but I'll make do with the six feet it does have. With what came with the clock, it should have been at least fifteen dollars less. Because electronics are lightweight, being ultralight does not make them cheap, but the lack of better accessories does. I'm glad the remote works from across the room, because that's exactly what I needed. I believe the quality is there, and the functionality is as stated, but if you add a few dollars to the price, it becomes an excellent value. Three out of five stars!.
I bought this timer not only for workouts, but also to help me organize my time; I have to balance art work with home office work, so I need a timer to make sure I don't go over schedule for both. Let's take a closer look at this clock. MANUALbr>THE MANUAL THAT COMES WITH THIS IS EXTREMELY WELL LAYOUTED. It has left a lasting impression on me. There are numerous photos to assist with the remote and wall installation, as well as detailed instructions on how to use the timer in various modes. br>br>CURVE OF LEARNING- GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO LEARNbr>I strongly advise you to spend some time learning how to use this timer before attempting to use it. I realize that sounds ridiculous, but there is a learning curve here. It was much more enjoyable for me when I took the time to learn each function, experiment with it, and then record my findings in the manual. You probably won't need it if you're already familiar with this type of timer. br>br>CORDSbr>There were TWO cords included in this package. A USB cord with a length of 3 feet is one of them. The second is a plug with a transformer on the end that can be plugged into any USB port. Because it's a sideways plug, it'll work with most power strips. The length of the cord is only 68 inches. Two AAA batteries are required for the remote. br>br> There were none included with this. The remote is set up and used according to the instructions in the manual. They are very visual, so this will appeal to visual learners. It's infrared, so it'll work from across a room; however, I'm not sure how well it'll work in a big gym. br>br>CLOCKbr>You can set this up as a real-time clock and then use it as a timer instead of unplugging it when you're finished. Outside of the clock, which continues to run in the background, the timers are set up individually. br>br>TIMERbr>The timer is visible from anywhere in my basement room, as well as upstairs if I'm using it in another room. It is also equipped with a loud alarm. The timer, Count Up, and Count Down settings are the ones I use the most, and I use interval timing when I need to stick to a strict schedule throughout the day. IS IT EFFECTIVE? br>br>WHERE DOES IT FAIL? br>With this timer, I am very pleased. I like that it has TWO cords, so I can use it on the tabletop when I'm working on something. I can plug it into a nearby USB outlet and use it as a timer. When I want to use it for a workout, I take it down to my basement and either plug it in or use a power bank if I don't have an outlet near where I want to use it. THE BOTTOM LINEbr>THE BOTTOM LINEbr>This timer is easy to see, easy to use, and extremely useful in daily workouts or schedules. I'm glad to have it, and I appreciate the time and effort that went into creating the manual. This timer, on the other hand, takes some getting used to. If you've never had one before, be prepared to spend some time learning how to use it. br>br>FIVE STARS IN MY OPINION. This is an excellent setup. This is one of my favorite phrases.
