A treadmill or bike would certainly be more appropriate for me but since I live in a small apartment, it would be impossible for me to set up one. A step like this one is a perfect alternative since it has varying heights that give you a variety of choices in your workout intensity. My stepper is a perfect size for me and I have plenty of room from foot to foot to perform any number of works/moves. As a bonus, once the extra steps are removed, I can store it under my couch. This is used on my carpet living room floor, and I have not yet had any issues with it Despite weighing about 200 lbs and feeling very comfortable on this board, I feel 100% confident jumping and moving. The noise level on this board is also quite low As opposed to club-style steps that are often loud and noisy, I am able to use this step at 4 AM without disturbing my sleeping boyfriend. The product in general is solid. Given the price point, I set low expectations, but they have been exceeded in every way.

Do Yourself a Favor and Save Yourself the Anger. It is the buyer's responsibility to exercise caution. The first thing you need to keep in mind is that these steps aren't ideal for tall people. The steps on the step bench did not reach the height I need to perform several step exercises correctly, as I am 5'8" and have long legs. Secondly, I cannot fit my shoe (size 9 ladies) on the bench because it is barely deep enough. Finally, the height of the steps is not easily changed It is difficult to put on and take off the risers because they stick. Furthermore, the return shipping fees were only half of what they had been for UPS is my daily shipping provider, so I find the return shipping costs to be exceedingly inflated. Rather than an honest shipping fee, it seems more like an inflated restocking and aggravation It was not possible to choose a different shipping option than those offered at overpriced prices. The purchase was disappointing as a whole.

Risers should be painted in the butt so that they are easy to put on and take off. This mattress does not support a lot of weight. When I stand on it, it bows in the middle because I weigh 150 pounds. You can also ride it on top of it and it sways from front to back. A surface that is not anti-slip does not exist. The product was neither a recommendation nor a purchase I would repeat, and I would like the option to.

The fact that this was intended to be used on carpet and that I weigh 110 pounds caused me to go ahead and purchase it despite some negative reviews saying it flexes and slides. What I love about it is that it's easy. It didn't even fit under my bed. I bought a mini stepper for days when I don't feel like going for a walk. Despite the fact that it was a good Work out, it made a loud squeaking noise and stank. It was not a very pleasant experience exercising. The trainer is quiet, lightweight, attractive, and after 15 minutes I can see an increase in my heart rate as well as a noticeable change in the strength of my leg muscles. have been walking 5 or more hours every day for the past 6 months and I have been exercising regularly For twenty years, I was at the office six days per week. While I enjoy walking, there are days when I can't get out of the house or just don't feel like it. In my new phase, I do two 15-minute workouts on this stepper each day I'm not walking. There is more of a workout involved with the stepper routine than walking.

It arrived in a timely manner. As far as I could see, the box was in good condition. When I opened the box and removed the step, though, I found that several of the plastic pegs that hold the the different interchangeable height pieces were broken. My wish is, however, that mine is just a fluke and that others are more fortunate than I am.

I tried footstools - I had a hard time with them Unless they are small or too high for my height, then they are not recommended. was watching an infomercial when I came up with this GREAT idea. To get in and out of my car, I need to buy an exercise step that I can adjust according to my height and weight. I have been blessed by this. now have one to use at work as well As I am sitting on a bar stool and I have my feet on this step, I can stay on it safely.
