The dimensions of the display case are as follows: Length: Length: Height: Height: Height: Height: Height: Height 9 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 9 3/4" x 9 depth: 3 3/4" height: 3 3/4" width: 3 3/4" height: 3 3/4 3 1/2". These dimensions were taken from the box's description, and a 1/24" car fit perfectly with no wasted space. A 1" angle on the base allows you to tilt your car slightly for display. Please keep in mind that the internal measurements will be slightly smaller than the overall size; I apologize for the delay in responding; I hope this information is helpful.

Since the car is slanted, how does it stay in place and not slide down?

These cases were given as Christmas gifts. The cars do not move and remain stationary. Simply place the car in the case and place it on a shelf to admire. They will, of course, move if picked up and carried. When I run out of these, I'll go out and buy more.

Great price, but does this case have a slanted floor, as opposed to a flat floor that I prefer?

Simply remove it from the packaging and insert your prized diecast. br>However, as you can see, you can add some stuff. br>Be innovative and think outside of the box.

Display case that is not too pricey. I only wish the base wasn't slightly slanted. A flat base is my preference.

This was given to me as a Valentine's Day present for my girlfriend. It's exactly how it appears in the photo. The bottom is slanted to one side, but it is crystal clear and free of scratches. Each side of the top snaps into the bottom. There are two holes on the bottom that can be used to secure something if necessary. The size is accurate as well. In general, it will suffice for my purposes. I hope this has been of some assistance. I also put up some photos for people to look at. Thanks.

Casting mark in the center of the top: The casting mark is located in the middle of the top of this case
